Hello, I want to know how to see our guest/participants E-Mail who was joined our meeting?. In the report of meeting, I can not seen the guest E-Mail because is hidden, only host email is showing in the report. It was happened since march 1st 2022, before that, it was never happening. the notifications said "If the participant is Guest, and no emails were uploaded to Zoom in any form (for example, by entering emails to register to join the meeting, or the host provided the participants e-mail to Zoom), the guest E-mail is hidden". So did you know how to un-hide the guest E-Mail?

Test Zoom

I haven't used Zoom in a while and I used test zoom. I have a laptop and two screens connected to the laptop. I got connectivity on the two screens but not the central screen (laptop). I am nervous about connecting to this meeting without connectivit... Show more

I haven't used Zoom in a while and I used test zoom.  I have a laptop and two screens connected to the laptop.  I got connectivity on the two screens but not the central screen (laptop).

 

I am nervous about connecting to this meeting without connectivity to my main laptop screen.  What's up with test Zoom?

Resolved! As host, when I start screen share, I am kicked out of my meeting

I host more than 100+ meetings and webinars a year and have only recently started to have this problem.When I launch screen share, Zoom locks up and I'm kicked out of the meeting. The other participants are still able to stay in the meeting. Before e... Show more

I host more than 100+ meetings and webinars a year and have only recently started to have this problem.

When I launch screen share, Zoom locks up and I'm kicked out of the meeting. The other participants are still able to stay in the meeting. Before every meeting, I reboot my computer to clear memory. Sometimes I can fix this screen share issue by restarting my computer and not turning on video. I have also unplugged and replugged by microphone (Blue Yeti) and webcam (Logitech Brio). I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom.

Although these steps "fixed" the problem a few weeks ago, it occurred again today when I had to restart twice and stay off of my webcam.

Frustrating and a horrible way to start a paid client event.

I'm running a Windows 11 gaming laptop with a 1TB SDD.

Any and all insights are appreciated. TIA

I have a paid Zoom and I just uploaded a video with sound for my waiting room.

Before I let my participants in I have a "elevator music" with a pictureso they see that they will be let in soon.

The problem is that music is automaticly muted and if there's an option that sound starts playing automaticly.

If I can't do this is there another solution for this? I just want music in a waiting room with a picture.

We hold a series of events throughout the year for a particular group of people. Dates are determined ahead of time but subject to change. We do NOT want people to be able to pre-register for it. We want to collect the email addresses of ACTUAL attendees. The pre-registration won't help us see the names and emails of people who actually showed up to the event vs those who registered but did not show up. We also want them to be able to use the same join link for every meeting. Therefore, the ideal solution would be to have a form come up when they click the join link at the actual time of the event where they submit their full name and email address. Is there a way to do this?

Zoom Scheduler integration

Is there a way to embed the scheduler into a website, perhaps having the scheduler in an iframe?

 

Also, related to that, is there a way to determine if a given email has scheduled a meeting within a Team Schedule via API?

Supposedly my account may have been compromised, but the mail to reset the account does not arrive at my address. The instructions here:

do not help, there is nothing in the spam. I have an event starting tomorrow for the whole weekend with this account and now I can't log in, I'm hosting this event and so there is some commotion here right now. The problem has been going on since this morning, so I've been waiting since about 10:00 for the mails, which I've requested several times in the meantime and also via the password reset function. Nothing is blocked at gmx.net or is automatically blocked there, I checked that this afternoon.
I depend on a working account twice a year and it would be really very good now if we could solve the problem.

Problems with video when screen sharing

Hi, I have a huawi mate pro and I downloaded the ZOOM app. Everything is fine except when I share the screen, then the video doesn’t work and I can’t see the participants. What can I do?? thank you very much

I have been running v5.12.6 on Fedora Linux for some time but unable to upgrade due to mysterious fatal errors. The latest specimen of this is with v5.16.2; when I run Zoom from the command line, it processes for a while, fails to launch the GUI, then eventually quits.
