Letting participants go to meeting without host in personal meeting room

Hi!

I manage two differents accounts. I want that participants can join the personal meeting rooms without host being signed in.

On one of them participants can join the personal meeting room without host being signed in. On the other it requires that host are  signed in.

I have checked the security settings to make sure they are the same.

I have also disabled waiting room but nothing helps.

Is there specific settings that can be made just for the personal meeting room?

Kind regards,

Fredrik

Yes, there are a few ways to do this - I'll provide the web-based route.

1.) Log into Zoom and navigate to zoom.us/meeting/schedule

2.) Proceed to create a 'dummy' meeting (any time/date)

3.) When you reach the 'Meeting ID' section, select 'Personal Meeting ID'

4.) When you reach the 'Options' section, select 'Show'

5.) Select the 'Allow Participants to Join Anytime' checkbox

6.) Save meeting. This will change all meetings using your PMI to match these settings.

Note that you receive a reminder of the change across your PMI when unchecking the 'Allow Participants to Join Anytime' option:

Let me know if this is at all unclear!
