Hello,

I'm using zoom with interpretation for 2 years. We need to add Italian as proposed languages but we don't see Italian when creating a meeting.

 

What have i done ?

Following the documentation i've added Italian as new language (now i have the list of the 9 default languages + Italian with a red cross to delete it). It's into Profile management - Profile parameters, chapter "Language interpretation. Sorry if the text is not exact i'm running french version.

Now, when i create a new meeting with interpretation i can see the 9 (default) languages (as before) but not the new one (Italian).

 

Can you tell me if i missed anything please ?

Thank you for your help.

 

Please, note that i've created "Italian" value one week ago.

Delete recordings after account change

We used to have a pro account, but have now downgraded. We do still have cloud recordings, and they take up a lot of space. I am now getting about 4 emails a day warning me about this storage issue, but I can't resolve it because I can't get to the r... Show more

We used to have a pro account, but have now downgraded. We do still have cloud recordings, and they take up a lot of space. I am now getting about 4 emails a day warning me about this storage issue, but I can't resolve it because I can't get to the recordings since my account is not a pro one.

 

Also can't reach support because I'm not a paid customer anymore.

 

Please help?

New Granular Scope for meeting recording

Which granular scope will be needed to start, stop recording and list the recordings for a meeting using In server-to-server OAuth app. Actually I need to create a new  server-to-server OAuth app but the I am not getting the recording scopes.

I can't make the shared image any larger. I am on Windows, have dual monitor enabled - my main screen shows the meeting gallery. When I asked Zoom support they responded with a suggestion to enable dual monitors which was unhelpful to say the least.

Zoom meeting recording limit

Is there a Zoom cloud recording time limit? For example, a limit of 3 hours...

 

If a user wants to record a lecture of 5 hours, is this possible? If they cannot, what would be the best alternative solution?

Hi Team,

 

When doing SAML integration with an IDP, how does the SAML mapping affect existing users.

In specific, if we are doing "Basic SAML mapping" option and choose "default licenseType" as "Basic".

 - When an existing licensed user login via SSO, would then the default license type overwrite their userType to Basic ?

- or does the default licensetype is applicable only for new user provisioning via JIT

 

If we have a mix of basic and licensed userTypes currently within Zoom, is choosing "Advanced SAML mapping" and have IDP send userType attribute in the SAML assertion is the only way ?

I logged in as usual to my Zoom account to run a class. The class is an income source.

There was a message saying unusual activity on unfamiliar device ( there was none from me) and asked me to verify via verification to my email account.

The verification code was never sent no matter how many times I asked to resend. 

By the time I saw that I could log in via Google it was too late to run the class and I lost a considerable ammount of income.

I'm confident it was a hiccup on Zoom's part.

Am I able to receive compensation?

I have not been successful in sending a complaint to Zoom. It's a mystery to me how to do that?

Breakout room option is not showing in the host’s menu

Breakout room option is not showing in the host’s menu. All 12 hosts of our company have the same problem. Zoom version is updated. No error code message. Tried both on desktop and phone. Everything was normal before.
