Resolved! Account Admin Not Allowed to Remove Watermark from Zoom Screen
Since I am the Admin of my Zoom account, why am I not allowed to remove my email watermark from my Zoom screen? It's very annoying during meetings (and even worse) it's displaying my account (business) email, not my public email address. When I go to Settings > Schedule Meeting > Add Watermark, I see that the switch is toggled to "on" and a message beside it saying "Locked by admin". However, as I previously stated, I am the admin of the account.
