My microphone does not work on my webcam.

My volume has gone mute when I tried to do a Zoom meeting. Could someone please help sort out my volume on my Zoom meeting with my webcam please?

why when the mediator loads background music. I always can't hear the background music. This has happened repeatedly every time I attend a meeting. I've followed the advice from the official Zoom article & asked the chatbot for help but it still doesn't work. Please help

We have a pro account and believe we should have access to edit registration pages for meetings. Registration can be turned on or off, but there's nowhere on the meeting page to manage or edit what that page looks like. Has anyone else found out how to access this?

Is anyone else experiencing this issue. When scheduling a recurring meeting using the Outlook 365 Zoom Meeting add on the alternative host email is not being sent to the alternative host. When scheduling a single day meeting the alternatibe host email is being sent. We only experience this with recurring meetings

I have a zoom account and i did a Lti 1.3 implementation with a lms called Canvas. Everything is working fine, but i have a task that is not working:
I'm asking the users to be logged in to my zoom account to join any meeting and, inside the lti pro (zoom marketplace) i have configured to provision the user if the user has a trusted domain.
When a student inside canvas joins a meeting, it asks for login-in and are not even creating the user inside zoom (the student has a email same as the trusted domain)Auto Provision Zoom Users Users that are automatically created will receive an email notification unless your org uses managed domains or trusted domains. Since i use trusted domains, what does that change? What am i missing here? (i have hotmail and @ mydomain inside the provision whitelist)

1)i am teacher of mathematics and i am using zoom.I try skype after 2 years but my student do not hear my voice.Should signup the zoom ?I have enable at the same time both of the programs.(skype and zoom).Should not use both of the softwares at the same time?Or is another issue?The microphone is on for the skype.Also i try to record a message by skype but i can not hear my voice.I have win 11
2)I noticed after the ending of 40 minutes of my meeting (i am a free user) i can not resign
immediately as in the past.Should wait about 10 minutes.Is that normal?

I'm responsible for multiple meetings occurring at the same time. Each meeting has a host, but I need to pop in to each meeting to check on things and sometimes I need to start a meeting for the host. The other day I was in a meeting as an alt-host, I left the meeting so I could join another one and I was not able to. It said I was still in the other meeting and could not join unless I ended the other meeting. That was a problem because I needed to start the other meeting. My question how can I be alt host and jump from meeting to meeting. I will only be in one meeting at a time. I will not have multiple meetings open at the same time.

Switched to new computer with Windows 11 and my zoom buttons are unresponsive but may eventually work. I can click the invite button numerous times and most often nothing will happen. Same with ending meetings, admitting guests, etc. The program interface doesn't move smoothly when adjust it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled as well. This had no impact. I can participate in a zoom call with others and have not issues.

Hi all, we are using AVD win10 22H2 Multisession, ZOOM VDI 5.13.1 . We try to take a screenshot of the video window, but the result is always a black image. No matter with which tool. The problem occurs from Windows, MacOS or IGEL Linux client. In other video conferencing apps (Teams, WebEX) the problem does not occur. Does anyone else have the problem or an idea what could be the cause?🤔

Hello! I have an account with Wellness Living and a zoom account joined so I can do zoom classes. I have 10 licenses so we can have 10 classes at the same time. Zoom is only picking up 7 of those zoom licenses and 3 are not being used. We are having trouble as some days in the evening we have more than 7 classes taking place (this is both group and private lessons). I have tried everything, disconnecting, disconnecting individual licenses... I can't seem to find the solution. Wellness Living does not seem to know what is going on either and sends me to Zoom. I hope someone can help here. Am I missing something? Thank you!
