As an admin, did we fail to do something, for the past 5 days our students are not able to enter zoom?
I just finished a meeting and it didn't save my recording. I have used an old link multiple times and it's always recorded. This time, I don't know if it's because I didn't sign in or what, but there was no conversion when we hung up. I signed in to my zoom thinking that it would be in my recorded sessions so I could hit convert, and it wasn't. Help!!

Somehow my Zoom links, and Google Meet links are now opening in edge and not Chrome. Can someone please let me know how to change the setting for both to open in Chrome?
Hello. I manage multiple accounts for several clients who are not part of one organization. They all record zoom videos directly onto their own computers. They have all provided me with credentials to login to their accounts and my computer has been verified by them using two factor authorization. I log in to their accounts on a daily basis to download their videos which are then uploaded to a third party site where they are hosted for paying customers. Every time I need to get in to one of their accounts I have to log out of another account. Entering and re entering these login ids and passwords is time consuming given how frequently I need to do this. Is there a way for me to easily manage this so that it is easier to switch between these acounts. They are NOT all part of the same organaztion but are the private professional accounts of different faculty members.

I was recently forced to upgrade version before I could access the zoom app. Unfortunately, I received the message that I could only upgrade with IT assistance. (I am a sole user with no IT department), so I needed to completely uninstall and reinstall the zoom app. Unfortunately this lost some personalised video settings. My camera now has a different field of view and it seems to have more trouble identifying hand gestures when operating a background. (I have no green screen) Are my old video settings stored anywhere? Is there an advanced processing setting which might improve my camera performance with backgrounds - as I vaguely recall I may have found the solution there previously. Thanks Rod

I have been using my JE2 65 headset without issue for months. Starting last week, when I raise the boom mic to mute. I get the prompt to confirm if I want to leave the meeting. And if I move the mic back down, it shuts the meeting down completely. I constantly have to hit cancel to avoid this. I checked the firmware with Jabra and I am up to date. I haven't made any changes to the Jabra settings and the Mute Mic with Boom mic option is selected. I also checked with my old Jabra boom mic and the same thing happens. So I am thinking this might be a zoom issue. Is anyone else having these issues?

Hi! I tried googling for that problem, but no matter what I try, I just get the standard help pages for chat which do not seem to mention that issue. Can anybody help me?
This is driving me nuts: as soon as I receive any direct message the chat recipient automatically sets itself to the sender (instead of everyone) for the rest of the session. I can switch it to "Everyone" and send a message, but as soon as I close the chat and open it again it will once again point to that person.

I bought a brand new Bose qc earbuds II and every time at some point of the call, the other side will stop hearing me. It can also come suddenly back to life. Can tell if it’s a connectivity problem, or anything else. Did you hear about something like this? What can I do?

I bought myself some Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds. They work on everything except Zoom. I’ve gone through all the settings I could find. And still can’t get them to work on Zoom. Any ideas?
I have a Mac laptop.
