I would like to report an error that occurred in a meeting with associated registration. Meeting participants were identified with the co-host's name and host's email. On the attendance list I can't track people because they have the wrong name and email. How to solve?

Has anyone run into this issue recently? Any fixes? I'm using the latest MacOS & Zoom. Recently, Zoom will pause the screen sharing if you run Mac Keynote presentation & you can't resume sharing. Help.

I cannot figure out how to only have one entry for a recurring appear in my Meetings List. I much preferred to have one entry, not a separate entry for every meeting in the series. How can I change back to a single entry in the list for a recurring meeting series?

Hi Everyone, I lost my job Sept 3rd and was using a company's laptop. When we had Zoom meeting all was good and I was able to use virtual backgrounds. Needless to say the laptop went back to the company. I tried a Zoom meeting, and all was good, but because my laptop is older, I cannot access my ZOOM virtual backgrounds, Here's the deal - I am not in a position to buy another laptop with the necessary hardware to allow me to Zoom using vifrtual backbrounds. I am looking for advise on what kind of laptop ( cheap) I can use when I have to Zoom? Please advise Pete

For a variety of reasons, it's been very convenient to keep my institutional Zoom room unlocked and open. People can start meeting without me, and users from around the world can join if they get there a little early. It's never been an issue, and the convenience has been very helpful. A person has been accessing my Zoom link. At first, I thought it was a random click on an old invite, but it happened again today. I know, because I got the email telling me that so-and-so had joined my personal meeting room. I know that if I'm in a meeting and I want to block someone, I can remove them and block them. But is there a way to do this proactively? Ultimately, I'll probably just reach out to tell them to stop - but I wanted to know if there is a "blacklist" or similar for Zoom users. I know there are many ways to secure my Zoom room - I can do those things if I have to, but I'd like to keep things open, if possible. Thanks.

I have one large screen and there are times when someone is sharing and I want to see their content as well as them (usually they are in a room as a group). The dual monitor feature is enabled for me but it never goes into that mode even though I have plenty of resolution available for this. Thanks in advance.

I am on my team's paid plan, and my team has turned off waiting room feature. Everyone else is able to join a meeting without host having to approve them. But i require approval every time. Anyone know how to fix this?
