We use Citrix Virtual Apps in published offices (Windows 2016) and client workstations in Windows 10.

 

I would like to know how I can automatically update the Citrix Zoom plugin present on my client workstations (ZoomCitrixHDXMediaPlugin) and also update the VDI client on my servers (zoominstaller)

Recording Error Message

Sometimes when I play a recording I get this message and my vidio stops playing: "We could'nt open video1052487322.mp4 as we can't get to your storage right now. Wait a bit, then try again 0x80070223 Send Feedback" Who is sending it? What storage can... Show more

Sometimes when I play a recording I get this message and my vidio stops playing: "We could'nt open video1052487322.mp4 as we can't get to your storage right now. Wait a bit, then try again 0x80070223 Send Feedback" Who is sending it? What storage can't they get to? Sometimes it says that I should check my internet connection, but in every case internet was working. This is making it impossible to do recordings. My Zoom version is 5.16.2 (22807)

Hello,

I use Zoom mostly for 1;1 meetings.  For the past few days, I have not been able to hear the other person.  They can hear me; I just can't hear them.   I have checked my Zoom Audio settings while in the room.  And, my participants are not on mute.  I use a good quality headset by Logi.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Im a tutor. After the latest update, almost all of my students cant annotate whenever I'm sharing my screen. Some can annotate after reinstalling the app, but its very inconsistent, as halfway through the lesson the annotation tool just stopped working.

The annotate icon is there but when they tap on it nothing happens.

Zoom Rooms joining a Zoom Pro hosted meeting - Conference Room Connector license needed

I have a Pro license hosting a meeting. I have people in a conference room set up with Zoom Rooms equipment joining my meeting.

 

Do I need to get a Conference Room Connector license for my Pro account so that the Zoom Rooms equipped conference room can join my meeting?  

 

The Zoom Rooms displays an error message:  "The host of this meeting does not have a Conference Room Connector (CRC) license.  ----  An active CRC license is required to use a SIP/H.323 device to join this meeting.   If your account have an active license, please go to - - -."   (see attached picture)

 

I planning to resume in-person meeting with hybrid zoom. It turned out the facility I will use is a Zoom Rooms facility. 

 

It seems a Conference Room Connector license for a Pro account is $49 per month. 

 

Please clarify.

I don't want Zoom to auto-pause when switching desktops

Often I will be presenting and want to switch Windows desktops to quickly reference something and it is always auto-pausing presentation.

 

I hate that.

 

Any way to make it not do that?

Hello.  We are trying to host a live meeting. We typically do that via an in-app browser, but have recently being seeing the error, "zoom may not be supported by your browser". 

 

This is on iOS 15 using the web view SDK. Is there anything we can do when initiating the meeting to prevent folks from seeing this error?

Loosing connectin with Jabra Pro headset

Recently I started having problems with connectivity between Zoom and my Jabra Pro headset, which previously worked fine.  When I start Zoom on a Windows 11 PC, and select my Jabra headset, all is good, but after a short time, I get the zoom message: "Failed to detect your microphone and speakder. Pleae make sure your devices are properly connected."  At this point, I lose audio, but when i clck on the button in the error screen that says "Check my audio devices" my audio is immediately restored, only to have this happen seconds to minutes later.  Hoping someone else has solved this problem, thanks.

Resolved! photo not showing on screen when camera off

I have downloaded a photo, but it doesn't show when I'm in a zoom call and stop my camera...just my name shows.
