hello please i need help with the new zoom version every time i install zoom it runs fine for the first time then when i run zoom again another day it tells me that the publisher is unknown and when i try starting a meeting it gives me this error (cannot start meeting . error code 7)    when i uninstall it and install again it runs just fine for some time then gives me this error again .

Hi team, why does a Recorded Zoom call get saved with the client name and correct protocols inside Zoom Recordings, but when you download it to save elsewhere, the naming conventions change to generic terms with no reference to the name and details of the client/s..?

You need to go into the video, scroll thru to see who the participants were to be able to rename the video recording correctly....

Durante la condivisione dei video musicali viene distorto l'audio. Si sente solo la parte cantata, ma la parte musicale non si sente. Ho provato a disinstallare zoom e riavviare pc per eventuali aggiornamenti. Reinstallato zoom. Il problema persiste.

I'm not confident I will receive a response, (looking at similar discussions I see 0 activity and responses) however, we are using Dell C2423H 24 inch Conferencing Monitors. I've had nothing but trouble supporting these devices on Zoom. My biggest issue, as of late, is the camera seemingly locking up on zoom; no image will be displayed! I've updated my Dell firmware on the monitor to no avail; this is correlated with zoom as I have no issues on Microsoft Teams. Any sort of help or feedback is appreciated.

I host a church service every Sunday, logging in at 10am for the service to run from 10.30-11.30.  At 11.00 on the dot, a message appears on the laptop to the effect that the mic is not working and to try another one, which cuts out the sound to those online.  You can resolve this by either unplugging the USB mic and plugging it back in, or clicking on the mic dropdown, selecting a different mic then going straight back to the correct one.  Today our service overran and we had the same problem at 11.30.  

This is with two different Windows 11 laptops.  Has anyone experienced this and found a fix to stop it happening?  

Hello, I am needing to record a presentation done using PowerPoint on zoom. There will be a co-host and I need both host and co-host videos (or rather thumbnails) to be shown on the side. However I cannot have any of the participants thumbnails showing at the same time in the recording. This is especially important for confidentialitya s this will be recorded and shared. So no other participants showing bu the host and co-host and the powerpoint presentation as the main screen. Can anyone help? Ive done everything from pinning to spotlighting t o changing my setting in the backend, nothing is working and my $250 a year to zoom still makes me ineligible for help...;-/

Good afternoon, I have 3 recurring meetings in Zoom. In one of them I accidentally set the dates and times. Now it is displayed separately from the recurring meetings. Question - how do I remove the date in the recurring meeting so that it is back in the "Recurring Meetings" block?
