laptop with dock station video conferencing monitor camera & speakers connection

Does any one know how to properly configure Zoom to my Dell video conferencing monitor (P2418HZm) it (has built in camera, mic and speakers).  I have not been able to figure this out.  As of now the only work around I have to open my laptop to use that mic/camera and separately connect my UE Boom 3 speaker.
