Hi there, I was co-hosting a workshop through another user's pro account, and she has captions enabled in her settings. This shows up fine when having 1-2-1 meetings on zoom, under the three dots. However, in this group call there was no option of captions for any of us - hosts or participants. We are worried it will happen again and are puzzled as to why it works fine 121 but not in the group. Just FyI, she didn't allow other users to join the call before she did - there is a waiting room, if this info is relevant.

We are interested in the possibility of using our Zoom account to host a "classroom" style meeting.
Our presenters would be in one location broadcasting back to one Zoom meeting to attendees in a classroom. The "live" presentation would be broadcast on a large screen at the front of the classroom. We would like to make it interactive. Can this be accomplished on Zoom Meetings or would we need Zoom Webinar? Can we use a GoPro? If not, what equipment would we need?
Thanks for any help.

Hi! I need to pay for our account. We currently have Pro. I have noticed that I can not add Cohosts to meetings. Is that because we have Pro and that only work in Business? Or, is it a function that need to be setup in the Settings.
Christina
I am using the web client to access zoom. I get knocked out of join audio with computer. I can only rejoin once and will get the audio. The button to rejoin after working one time no longer activates. When I try to use the join button the first time, I get the message that browser is prohibing access to the microphone. I don't have a microphone.
I am using google chrome version 109.0.5414.120 , windows 7. I can no longer update chrome.

Hi Folks,
Where do I add/edit "whitelisted domains" in my Zoom admin panel?
Thanks,
Rupert
I train users in a digital mapping system. There are 8 separate topics, with each covered monthly with the following meetings: two morning sessions, two evening sessions, two afternoon sessions. To ensure that customers can always find a meeting that fits their schedule, the days of week and times of day vary for each topic. I thus have 3 Zoom meetings set up per day, synchronised with my google calendar. Recently, I noticed that a meeting had disappeared from my Zoom schedule, but was still visible in the google calendar. To try to track down the issue, I completed a new session at irregular intervals for the next six weeks - 8 meetings altogether. I synchronised them with my google calendar, and all 8 showed up there. I went back to Zoom to check that all is well: all 8 meetings had disappeared from the schedule, although they remain in the google calendar. Nothing is showing in the Deleted meetings folder. And two complete days - 22nd and 23rd August 2023, with their scheduled meetings (different from the new test one) - have disappeared as well. All meetings are still showing in google calendar. In theory, they should be restorable to Zoom, but in practice, none is. When I google this topic, it seems that quite a number of other people have suffered similar events over the past two years - and there never seems to be any resolution to their issues from Zoom. I am operating a Mac Mini M1, with MacOS Ventura 13.3.1, using Firefox browser. Does anybody recognise this extraordinary behaviour, please, and have any fixes for it? Thank you Graham

I set up a Zoom I hosted to automatically record a meeting, and it did so. However I'd like to edit out the first 10 minutes of the meeting (which was random discussion and not related to the topic of the meeting). When I viewed the recording and clicked the scissors at the spot where I wanted the recording to begin, it looks like it wanted to cut the rest of the meeting, rather than what was prior to the cut. Any suggestions on how I can edit out those first minutes of the recording? Thanks so much.
