Garbled Audio, have sign out and sign in again

Ever since I upgraded my Laptop to Windows 11, every time I sign on to a Zoom meeting, my sound is very garbled and I have to sign out of zoom and sign in again. Every single time.

Screen Share & spotlight to be same size on screen

I want to screen-share and have a speaker at the same time. I want both to be next to each other on the screen and be the same size. When I spotlight both myself and a second person and then screen share, the two spotlight go to the side of the scree...
