No option to record separate participant audio files

I need to record separate audio files from my meeting, but when I go to 'settings' and 'recording', there's no option to 'record a separate audio file for each participant' as all the help articles say there should be. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how do I fix it? Thanks.

Hello,

Do you pay for Zoom?

If you do, go to your Settings>Recording> and make sure the following setting is on in Cloud recordings;

This feature only works for cloud recordings.

I have this setting checked when I log into my account in a browser (record separate audio files in cloud, as pictured above), but when I go to the record button in the meeting, the only options are computer or cloud. If I select computer, I get separate files. If I select cloud, there's only one video file, no audio files. My concern is with the quality of the recording - if I'm recording to my computer, what if the internet connection wavers for a second and I see my guest pause, jump, speed up, etc. Is that error captured in the audio file if it's recorded to my computer? (I assume it's not if it's recorded to the cloud).
