Hi, new here so hope this is ok.

When sharing a screen as meeting host, I always want to share sound so I have to check the Share Sound checkbox in the share screen window for the first screen share.

Therafter, the Share Sound checkbox always appears as checked for subsequent screen shares for the life of that meeting, which good for my situation.

Is it possible to set the Share Sound checkbox default setting to checked (instead of unchecked) so that I do not need to check it at the first screen share?

Thanks

Blacklist IP Address Hackers

Is there a way to blacklist IP addresses to keep unknown common hackers from attempting to join meetings? OR, is there a way to be alerted when an IP address attempts to join or does join a meeting within our team?

Hi, I will be doing a hybrid event next month with 6 interpreters, with only 3 different languages output.

The main channel/floor will be a mix of english/french/spanish.

the 6 interpreters will be as followed :
english - french

spanish - french

french - english

spanish - english

english - spanish

french - spanish

If I understand zoom capabilities correctly, two interpreters will share the same channel.

ex : english - spanish and french - spanish will share the same ''spanish output channel''

Since they do not target the same language, they shouldn't talk over each other right ?

What about when the floor is speaking spanish, are the interpreters able to select the floor sound as their output as I also need to send the 3 interpretation output channels to a bosch integrus sytem for the in-person attendees?

I don't want the in person attendees to keep switching in between channels.

let me know if there is something i am missing.

thank you,

I want to screen-share and have a speaker at the same time. I want both to be next to each other on the screen and be the same size.  When I spotlight both myself and a second person and then screen share, the two spotlight go to the side of the screen and are smaller.  When the spotlighted person is very demonstrative and some of what he is saying is not 1005 relevant to the screen share people are not really looking at the speaker because he is a small box to the side.

Hello Zoomers, I have been trying to connect Zoom with Hubspot for meetings and such, but I simply cannot figure this out--and its been two weeks. I've read every existing forum related to HubSpot and Zoom. and nothing. My admin told me to just tell her what roles i should have, and we'll be good.
Well, I tried. It didn't work. So I need a Zoom professional, or a five-star general, heck, even sir Eric Yuan, to tell me what exact roles and permissions I need to have to make this seamless.

I attend an exercise class on zoom each week and would like to see myself (i.e. the view from my camera) on the 2nd monitor with the presenter on the 1st monitor.   How can I do this?   I have dual monitor turned on and working but can't get anything but a very small window of my camera view to display on either the 1st or 2nd monitor.

It seems like this might not be possible.  Anyone know better? Thanks.
