Downgrade with the "upgrade".Used to be when you looked as usage reports all you had to do was click "unique users" and it would immediately and cleanly remove duplicates. NOW - nope. Click the box or don't - It doesn't matter. Now you have to manual... Show more

Used to be when you looked as usage reports all you had to do was click "unique users" and it would immediately and cleanly remove duplicates. NOW - nope. Click the box or don't - It doesn't matter. Now you have to manually sift through duplicates.

WHY have the box at all!? Why change it to no longer work?

NO tech support. NO way to even report the bug.

 

All links to filing a form, a ticket, call, etc no longer work.

HEARING A PIANO

Hi Im new to zoom  and I also cant hear the piano on the other persons end

people have sent me invites in the past so going back 5 years it was fine i could hear fine

It looks like you have a problem with this unresolved please help us all

This question has been asked before but the answers (and information on Zoom's own webpages) varies. 

 

I want to know is transcription of cloud recordings available with the standard PRO account? 

 

On Zoom's advice page for audio transcriptions, it includes PRO accounts:

 

Requirements for using audio transcription
  • A Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account

But if you look at the plan comparison chart, it says it's not available with PRO or PRO PLUS, only with BUSINESS and above.

 

Most responses on forums seem to support the latter, but some do say it's possible with PRO. 

 

Can someone please provide the latest official verdict on this question?

When I try to join a meeting I get a join meeting timeout or browser restrictions that prevent me from joining. What causes this error? Could a filter or something else be affecting it?

How to have a hostless meeting after the host leaves?

Currently, when the host leaves the meeting, Zoom asks that person who to assign as the new host before leaving. I wanted to know if there's a way to change that. I would like for the meeting to continue without a host. Is there a way to set that up?... Show more

Quand je partage mon écran sans cocher la case "Optimiser pour le partage vidéo", tout fonctionne parfaitement.

Mais quand je partage mon écran et coche la case "Optimiser pour le partage vidéo", le partage d'écran se met en pause, et les participants ne peuvent pas voir le document vidéo partagé. 

Je précise que j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé l'appli zoom aujourd'hui (01-06-2025) mais ça n'a pas résolu le problème.
Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider svp ? Merci beaucoup.

i just purchased zoom subscription but i dont see it on my account i even tried relogging in with multiple devices. i do have the mails for my subscription but it doesn't show the subscription

Why did my Basic meeting terminate with 7 minutes still remaining on my countdown?

I have a Basic account, and host a scheduled weekly meeting. Anyone with the link can join. No waiting room. This week, the meeting terminated unexpectedly early - there was about 7 minutes remaining on MY countdown timer. I got the big 'Need more ti... Show more

I have a Basic account, and host a scheduled weekly meeting. Anyone with the link can join. No waiting room. This week, the meeting terminated unexpectedly early - there was about 7 minutes remaining on MY countdown timer. I got the big 'Need more time?' popup message at the usual time - around 30 minutes in. I suspect that it was because someone entered the meeting 10 minutes early, then left the meeting early (that was the only difference I know of compared to other meetings that lasted 40 minutes).  Oh, and this week I dismissed the popup message (I usually just leave it there). There were no noticeable connection issues. Can someone shed any light on this, specifically what should I do to ensure I get the full 40 minutes? Should I perhaps use the waiting room to prevent people from joining early and starting the timer? Thank you in advance for any helpful hints!
