HEARING A PIANO

Hi Im new to zoom  and I also cant hear the piano on the other persons end

people have sent me invites in the past so going back 5 years it was fine i could hear fine

It looks like you have a problem with this unresolved please help us all

As an audio and broadcast engineer I can tell you that computer audio can be very complicated. In order to hear the piano at the OTHER end you need to advise that participant to use original sound so that music is NOT treated as noise and eliminated. Here is insight to setting up original sound.

Note that original sound has to be turned on in 2 places. Don't forget to click the Original Sound for Musicians button to toggle this on or off in the top-left corner of the meeting window.
