Downgrade with the "upgrade".

Used to be when you looked as usage reports all you had to do was click "unique users" and it would immediately and cleanly remove duplicates. NOW - nope. Click the box or don't - It doesn't matter. Now you have to manually sift through duplicates.

WHY have the box at all!? Why change it to no longer work?

NO tech support. NO way to even report the bug.

 

All links to filing a form, a ticket, call, etc no longer work.

Not sure exactly what you are doing. Selecting unique users for a meeting and webinar history report works as intended for me. Perhaps some screenshots could provide more detail of your specific case so we can understand what is happening.
