Hi, I teach watercolor painting classes on Zoom. My computer monitor shows my face, and my cell phone is on a tripod so members can see my painting demonstrations close up.

 

I want to show the final image we are all trying on, without having to use Share Screen repeatedly to show it. Is there a way to keep an image visible to everyone, even while my demo camera is on Spotlight? Thanks so much!

Names and/or email addresses of attendees?

Does zoom have a function that will provide the names and/or email addresses of attendees?

How to disable email notifications when someone registers for my meeting

I have been able to enable these notifcations in the past, and now I cannot find the location of these settings. The Zoom resources are of no use.

Make my account available to another person on the team to schedule meetings

How do I make avaible to another person to access my account and schedule meetings

Can't give the viewer control of screen

I was able to allow the viewer access to use their mouse for control of what's on the screen. That option is gone?

¿Por qué las cuentas de Zoom no pueden cambiar su contraseña de ingreso a sala para invitados? He buscado en configuración, como administrador y propietario y no puedo hacerlo. 

Me dice que el administrador ha bloqueado esta opción.

How to get an email link

My friend and I have a recurring meeting which I set up. She has to join the meeting by going back to the original email that has the link. Is there a way for her to put my link in her zoom schedule? Could she copy and paste it in her zoom schedule? ... Show more

I paid for the yearly subscription. Even after 5 days of payment it is showing basic version. Help

I paid for the subscription and amount was debited from my account. But even after 5 days it is still showing basic version. Meeting gets over in 40 mins. Some 1 please help

Multiple meetings listed

When I went to start a recurring meeting I've had for the last two years, I suddenly see multiple (17!) meetings listed for this person as well as for my many other recurring meetings. This is a GIANT PITA!!!!!! What has caused this and when will it ... Show more

When I went to start a recurring meeting I've had for the last two years, I suddenly see multiple (17!) meetings listed for this person as well as for my many other recurring meetings. This is a GIANT PITA!!!!!! What has caused this and when will it be fixed? I do not have time to scroll through zillions of names to get to the correct one. I am extremely annoyed at this development!
