Follow these steps taken from the article:
The license is now applied to your user account and you can use it immediately.
If this does not fix your issue, please submit a support ticket to our Billing team here and they will be able to assist you.

If the steps didnāt work, my only recommendation is to submit the Support Ticket and get Zoom Support to help. As a customer/volunteer, I donāt have access to your account information, so I canāt troubleshoot further ā sorry.

Hello
Can someone guide me how to resubscribe for zoom. As I paid for the zoom subscription after it was cancelled by the zoom . Now they have mailed me that they have received the payment and they want me to resubscribe. I tried subscribing but it takes me to the payment page
