Hi my zoom video camera suddenly stopped working on my HP laptop 

All permissions for camera app on laptop are set including for zoom

When I test the camera on my apps settings for laptop it works but not on zoom.

 

Have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom desktop app. I've googled and run out of options. 

Would appreciate any direction on fixing this. Many thanks

Hello everyone, I have quite the issue

 

I'm the owner of my account, not only a user, and I want to eliminate the "Zoom meeting passcode requirement", BUT for some reason anytime I try to do it I can't. It displays a message that says something like "the admin or account owner has blocked this feature".

 

If someone had the same issue or knows how to eliminate the meetings passcodes, please help me.

To prepare for a video conference in 30 minutes, I took the Zoom test. Unfortunately, the Audio portion failed. I could not hear what I recited.

 

I'm using an iMac desktop on v. 12.6.3.

 

How do I correctly set the System Preferences for "Sound"? Currently, output and input volume are both set at 3/4 volume.

Zoom Audio Rate 48K

I have asked Zoom support this a million times, every time they tell me to do this or that and it never works. Zoom used to record at 48K, but now it's at 32K. I'm on the PRO account, on a Mac Monterey 12.3.1. Anyone have any success changing the sam... Show more

I have asked Zoom support this a million times, every time they tell me to do this or that and it never works. 

 

Zoom used to record at 48K, but now it's at 32K. I'm on the PRO account, on a Mac Monterey 12.3.1. 

 

Anyone have any success changing the sample rate to 48K?

Zoom Meeting on iPad Pro with iPhone SE Camera?

I want to host the meeting on a 5th gen iPad Pro, but use the camera on an iPhone SE as a webcam.

Is this possible (preferably without 3rd party apps)?

is it possible for someone to listen to my conversation over zoom when my computer denied access to the speaker.  I think that the person heard all my conversation as i was talking about them and they were able to tell me things i said.

Being asked for Two-Factor Authentication, but Never Setup 2FA

We have an account that we cannot access because we are prompted for an authenticator code or recovery codes. The account in question has NEVER had two-factor authentication turned on and recovery codes were never generated. The help chatbot is broke... Show more

We have an account that we cannot access because we are prompted for an authenticator code or recovery codes. The account in question has NEVER had two-factor authentication turned on and recovery codes were never generated.

 

The help chatbot is broken, because you can't create a ticket, or escalate the support request w/o sigjning-in, but the issue is that we can't sign-in --> Infinite Loop.

 

How can we contact support without logging in? How can we removed this two-factor authentication without contact support or logging in?
