I have licensed seats where the folks are often co-hosts.  We arrange webinars months in advance.  Co-hosts are asking me where in their Zoom profile can they see the webinars where they are listed as co-hosts because the original notification may have been sent months earlier.  Is there anywhere in a licensed User (of any role) profile,  a way to show what upcoming webinars one is assigned as a co-host?  Or, is the only solution to find the original email for their co-host login?  I'm fairly new and learning more about my owner/admin role.  Thank you.

Zoom: A platform that brings people together from around the globe, and recognizes the challenges posed by language barriers. To foster inclusivity and facilitate communication, Zoom offers translated captions. This feature eliminates the need for interpreters and third-party integrations, allowing for a more seamless experience for all participants. Whether you're a multinational corporation or a global educational institution, translated captions help break down language barriers and create a more welcoming environment in your meetings and webinars.

By breaking down language barriers, this feature makes Zoom meetings and webinars more accessible to a wider audience. It empowers participants to easily translate the spoken language into their preferred language, fostering collaboration and understanding in our interconnected world.

How Zoom Translated Captions Work:

Enable the Feature and Select Languages: Translated captions are simple to enable within the Zoom web portal. Once enabled, just set your preferred languages.

translated-captions-zoom.gif

Real-time Captions: The meeting host or co-host can now enable translated captions during a meeting. As participants speak, their words will be displayed in real-time captions at the bottom of the screen in the selected languages.

To view a complete transcript of your Zoom meeting, go to the Zoom web portal and enable "Full Transcript." Then, during the meeting, select "View Full Transcript" from the "Show Captions" menu. A window will appear on the right side of the interface, displaying the full transcript with the speaker's name next to each caption for easy reference.

-Increase Engagement: Encourages participation from all attendees, leading to more productive and inclusive meetings.

-Enhance Accessibility: Provides a valuable tool for individuals with hearing impairments.

-Boost Global Collaboration: Facilitates effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

By utilizing Zoom Translated Captions, you can create more inclusive and accessible meetings that foster effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams and audiences.

Note: Translated captions are already included in the Zoom Workplace Business Plus and Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus plans, but it is also available as an add-on for other paid Zoom accounts.

Hi team,

I am looking for a good way to revert back to Zoom.us when trying to login via SSO. Today when i start Zoom Workplace app on Windows in 'Sign in with SSO' there are 2 domains in the dropdown - .zoom.com and .zoomgov.com

I am looking for a way to switch back to .zoom.us

I have added registry 'SetSSOURL' in key Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Zoom\Zoom Meetings\General to point to company.zoom.us, however still the switch doesn't happen.

The only way so far i have managed to do this is by completely re-installing the client.

Looking for some suggestions.  I try to map as much as possible through SAML.  I've got user groups mapped for license types and some Zoom Phone rights.  Now I need to add another group for a marketplace app.  Looking at my mapping, I keep thinking there has to be a better way of doing this.  I thought maybe I could be clever and pass a different attribute name, but no dice.  A group is a group.

So today, I have my mapping like this to account for host / basic and call recording rights or no.

Attribute         SAML Value                                   Zoom Group

CallRights     ZoomCall_Recording_Hosts     Zoom_Hosts  Zoom_CallRecording
UserGroup    Zoom_Hosts                                  Zoom_Hosts
CallRights      ZoomCall_Recording_Basic      Zoom_Basic  Zoom_CallRecording
UserGroup    Zoom_Basic                                    Zoom_Basic

If I wanted to add another permission for this marketplace app, this strategy starts to get complicated.  The only way I can think to do it is to pass a SAML value for every possible rights config.

Attribute         SAML Value                                   Zoom Group

AppRights     ZoomApp_Recording_Hosts    Zoom_Hosts  Zoom_CallRecording  Zoom_MrktApp
AppRights     ZoomApp_NoRecording_Hosts    Zoom_Hosts  Zoom_MrktApp
CallRights     ZoomCall_Recording_Hosts     Zoom_Hosts  Zoom_CallRecording
UserGroup    Zoom_Hosts                                  Zoom_Hosts
AppRights     ZoomApp_Recording_Basic    Zoom_Basic  Zoom_CallRecording  Zoom_MrktApp
AppRights     ZoomApp_NoRecording_Basic    Zoom_Basic  Zoom_MrktApp
CallRights      ZoomCall_Recording_Basic      Zoom_Basic  Zoom_CallRecording
UserGroup    Zoom_Basic                                    Zoom_Basic

Is this really the only way to do it or am I missing something?

Did you know that aside from the regular schedule booking on Zoom Scheduler, it also has a poll feature where you can gather availability information from participants for a new meeting? Yes, you read it right! Zoom Scheduler has the Availability Poll feature which is designed to simplify the process of finding a suitable meeting time that works for everyone on your invite list.

Zoom Scheduler’s Availability Poll can help you eliminate the back-and-forth emails typically involved in scheduling meetings as it can find your meeting participant’s available time, and provide you a visual representation of their preferred date and time, making it easier for you as the host, to find a common ground for your meetings and also gives people on your invite list a voice in scheduling.

So how does this work?

1. Create an Availability Poll: On the Zoom Scheduler, click on “Create Schedules”, and choose "Availability Poll".

2. Set Meeting Details: Fill in details like meeting topic, duration, and hosts. Then, on the calendar, select multiple date and time windows or specific times you're available.

3. Share the Poll: Once details are set, you can click on the “Publish” button, and share the link to your invitees. You do have the option to allow poll participants to see each other’s names and votes.
Screenshot 2024-04-11 at 10.26.18 PM.png

4. Attendees Vote: Attendees then receives a link to the poll and can select their available time slots from the options provided. They can also select multiple date and time that they're available.
Screenshot 2024-04-11 at 10.29.36 PM.png

5. Availability Poll Results Overview: You'll see a clear overview of everyone's availability through email. Based on the results, you can then choose the time that works best for the most attendees and proceed in scheduling the meeting.
Screenshot 2024-04-11 at 10.34.26 PM.png

Availability Poll is best used on all meetings where you’d need to find a common time, but the below are additional scenarios where you can use Availability Poll.

Internal / External Meetings:  If you want to find a new time slot for a meeting that better accommodates everyone's schedules, you can send a Scheduler Poll with various time options across different days to check your team’s preferences.

Sales Calls / Demo Calls: If you are a sales specialist, you can schedule a call for a group of potential customers and use Scheduler Poll with various time slots to accommodate the schedules of multiple attendees, allowing the your customers to choose a convenient time within their busy schedule to ensure a high attendance rate.

Webinar for a Big Team:  If you need to conduct a webinar for a big team, you can send a Scheduler Poll to check their availability across different time zones and choose a time that maximizes majority's participation.

Team Building / Team Activity:  If you are a planning a meetup or an activity for your team members, you can use a Scheduler Poll to identify a time slot that accommodates the schedules of your team members.

With Availability Poll, you can say goodbye to scheduling frustration. Just send a simple poll with your available date and time, and identify the sweet spot that works best for you and your attendees so you can maximize attendance and participation, and also minimize schedule conflicts.

For our renewal, should we renew all those licenses on August 31, 2024, all at the same time, although these were purchased in different dates?
I hope you can answer my concern. Thanks~
