Hello,

 

Iam using my kindle and when taking a photo within the zoom app , the image is taken upright but once it loads onto zoom it roates 180 degree. I have checked all the settings and nothing seems to work

 

Anyone else having this issue?

I have a BAA from Zoom in order to be HIPAA compliant. Are we automatically enrolled in the Healthcare plan when we receive a BAA? Or is a Zoom Healthcare account really necessary? Under my "current plans", I show both Zoom One Pro and Healthcare (see attached screenshot). I just want to make sure that I don't need to do anything else in order to be HIPAA compliant. I was recording my class session to the cloud and after class I got distracted and shut down the computer.  The recording is not in my cloud list of recordings.  Does the computer need to stay on until the recording finishes like when I save to my computer?  Is it floating around there somewhere?  If I go back to that particular classroom computer will it magically finish its upload?

Zoom has recently released its standalone survey tool as we wanted to make it easier for you to interact with your internal and external audience, and easily get a quick pulse on issues that matter to you the most. The best thing is, you don’t have to be on a meeting to use Zoom’s standalone survey.

There are so many reasons why use Zoom Surveys, but, I wanted to highlight a few:

1. It can be accessed within the Zoom Web Portal. You don’t have to toggle from one app to another which eliminates unnecessary apps or external survey platforms, and additional logins, which will save you time and effort.

2.  With Zoom Surveys’s user-friendly interface, you can easily build and edit your Surveys.

3. You can customize the header image with your own logo or brand visual, as well as select the background color from a predefined range of color palettes available.

4. Zoom Survey has the "Question Logic Skip" feature. You can build unique paths for your respondents based on their answers. (Note: This feature is currently only available for single choice questions.)

5. Automate surveys after your Meetings. You can set up and define a default Survey to automatically go out to all meeting and webinar attendees.
