Zoom crashes on startup

When I try to start zoom, a white box appears (presumably a broken version of the main menu) then the "Zoom unexpectedly quit" screen shows up.
Zoom was working normally for me until this weekend.
I have tried using CleanZoom to remove zoom completely and reinstall it to no avail.

I'm using an Acer aspire A515-54 series laptop.
My laptop is up to date on windows updates and driver updates
I don't have Powertoys installed
I was messing around with OBS the week before though...

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Resolved! I DON'T WANT ZOOM WORKPLACE - how do I turn it off?

I went into my Zoom today, which I use for personal reasons to stay in touch with family. I opened on my desktop, per usual, signed in, and it immediately took me to "Zoom Workplace" and all my scheduled meetings were gone. I had to go onto Zoom's website and login to my account there in order to find them. 

 

I do not want Zoom workplace.  I do not want to be charged for Zoom workplace. I don't want to have to sign in through the website. If I find out I'm being charged extra for a service I neither wanted nor use, I'm cancelling my account and moving to another online meeting platform. 

 

Does anyone know how to switch back, or have experienced this?

Same thing for me, most meetings I drop off every few minutes and my whole wifi connection drops as well. Can't use chrome or slack, totally offline. It's happened dozens of times and I NEVER drop a connection otherwise. Only in Zoom meetings. I would love to get a solution to this or some understanding of what's happening.

I purchased a one-month large Zoom meeting license when what I wanted was a large meeting webinar  license; I then bought a one-month large audience webinar license  that expires in one week, and my event is two weeks away,

 

I now have two licenses I cannot use and no license when I need it.

毎月、請求金額: ¥2,338 JPYの請求があるのですが、ログインしても、「無料のプランを利用中」ですと表示されています。

心当たりがあるとすれば、同じメールアドレスで以前プロ契約したことがあるのですが、その契約がずっと生きている、という可能性はありますでしょうか。。。

I want to upgrade my basic plan to Pro, and proceeded to the payment page. However, after filling in all the blanks, the error 'creditcardState' keeps appearing and I cannot make payment even though the credit card is working and I have checked with the bank. I am using Safari on Mac. I have tried other of my credit cards but the same issue persists.
