Vote now Hi, When I’m in a Zoom meeting and the host shares their screen, it automatically resizes to fill my Zoom window. I’d prefer that it not take over the entire window—especially in cases where the shared content (e.g., a YouTube video) is only being used for its audio. Is there a way to prevent the shared screen from expanding automatically on my end? Or is this something the host can control when sharing their screen? Thanks so much for your help!

I am attempting to add all our physical locations for emergency services however when I add an address it just says "no data". Is there somewhere else in the system I need to add it first?

So let me tell you the devices I am using. Android Device - Samsung S10 iPhone 11 So I bought this mic and is working as it should. When I connect it to my android and use default camera app, it starts recording audio through USB Audio and works as it should. Same goes with my iPhone.
External Microphone - Wireless K8
Now the problem is in Zoom Meeting Android as it is not picking up audio from the external mic while Zoom Meeting on iPhone picks up audio from the external mic as it should.
Can Anyone help me with this issue? Is there a setting, or anything like?

Is this possible? This new update is horrible for my productivity. The drop down for dates and times versus tabbing through them and typing is not what I want, and it no longer connects to my iCal like it used to, making me have to manually add every single meeting to my calendar. Can I just go back to the last version? Or is there a setting to revert these changes? Driving me crazy.

While working with the analytics api, specifically this route: https://api.zoom.us/v2/meetings/98758795306/recordings/analytics_details?type=by_view Observed Behavior:
https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/zoom-api/methods/#operation/analytics_details (Documentation)
The reported viewing duration is consistently truncated, potentially affecting analytics accuracy. I am wondering if this is by design, or if there is a way to get more accurate readings for meeting recording duration analytics.

How do I change the default name that comes up on my video when I join a meeting? Of course, I can click on the three dots and Rename, but I don't want to do this every single time I join a meeting. I went to Settings/ Profile / Edit My Profile, which launched a web page, then selected Profile, but the name listed under "Display Name" on this page is not the name that comes up on my video when I join a meeting.

I went into my Zoom today, which I use for personal reasons to stay in touch with family. I opened on my desktop, per usual, signed in, and it immediately took me to "Zoom Workplace" and all my scheduled meetings were gone. I had to go onto Zoom's website and login to my account there in order to find them. I do not want Zoom workplace. I do not want to be charged for Zoom workplace. I don't want to have to sign in through the website. If I find out I'm being charged extra for a service I neither wanted nor use, I'm cancelling my account and moving to another online meeting platform. Does anyone know how to switch back, or have experienced this?

When I give a PowerPoint presentation, I use Presenter View so that I can see my notes and upcoming slides. (I click ShareScreen, then I click Advanced and then Portion of Screen). However, sometimes the Zoom link I've been sent does not accommodate this - and the ShareScreen, Advanced doesn't have the Portion of Screen option and I cannot use Presenter View - how can I fix this? Does the person sending the inadequate Zoom link need to change something in their settings? Thanks!
