failing to refund,and I got credit. How to use the credit to buy a new plan?
Hello, I didn't notice that my financial card had insufficient funds when Zoom's auto-renewal occurred, so the next subscription payment was charged to my credit limit. How can I change the payment method from the credit limit to a cash payment before canceling the subscription? Thank you.

It's now 5 years in a row we struggle to "renew" (ie cancel our Zoom business 10 users, and sign up again using a Tech Soup coupon). This year is worst of all. I cancelled the subscription but can't get the new service ordered, all I can do is reactivate the old service. No option for one year and no possibility to enter a coupon code. I'm so fed up with this painful experience.

Hi everyone, I noticed that Zoom is not uploading the invoices to our national Finance System (ANAF), in the SPV portal. This is something we cannot do ourselves, the company that emits the invoice needs to do it, starting with 2024. This is impacting my deductibles and by bottom line, so my tax percentage. Fellow Romanians, has this happened for you too? How did you solve it? Other users, can you help me find an email address that works or a way to talk to an actual person from Zoom? Hello, Today I used the whiteboard feature to present a concept. When I closed it, a link was automatically sent to the chat saying "I want to share this with you". How do I disable that? I just want to use it for presenting; no editing or sharing. Thanks!

Is there a way to see all zoom attendees on a recording even if they have their camera's off?
В течение полутора лет с карточки моей жены снимаются деньги за Zoom Workplace Pro Monthly в сумме 19,19$. Но программой (приложением) никто не пользуется, так как учётная запись отключена - ошибка 1003. Отменить тарифный план не получается по той же причине - не можем зайти в приложение из-за отключенной учётной записи. С ботом разговаривать нереально, он всё время твердит, что необходимо зайти в учётную запись. Вопрос номер один - как отменить тарифный план в таком случае? Вопрос номер два - насколько реально вернуть деньги за предыдущие месяцы?

i'm attempting to automate user management in zoom from google workspace. i'm wondering if it's possible to use the ad sync tool with google secure ldap. i am able to set up a connection to my ldap directory, but it looks like the queries the tool uses to enumerate the directory are not compatible with google. is there any way to update the queries? or is there another tool i should investigate. i feel like zoom should have a better way to sync users with an external directory. not everyone uses azure!
