failing to refund,and I got credit. How to use the credit to buy a new plan?

I hope you were able to find an answer to this. I realize quite some time has already passed without a response here. Typically, when there's credit on an account with auto-pay enabled, the cart flow will utilize any credit on an account before pulling funds from a credit card on file. For accounts on net terms with a contract, a Billing ticket is required to request the application of credit to an invoice.
