How to get passed "pending cancellation" so I can sign up for a service with coupon code

It's now 5 years in a row we struggle to "renew" (ie cancel our Zoom business 10 users, and sign up again using a Tech Soup coupon).

This year is worst of all.

I cancelled the subscription but can't get the new service ordered, all I can do is reactivate the old service.

No option for one year and no possibility to enter a coupon code.

I'm so fed up with this painful experience.

Please contact Zoom Billing to request immediate cancellation so you can resubscribe with your TechSoup discount code. I suspect your account is in a grace period designed to prevent loss of service at the end of your term. Once cancelled completely, you will be able to proceed with your new order using your TS code.

I suspect your account is in a grace period designed to prevent loss of service at the end of your term. Once cancelled completely, you will be able to proceed with your new order using your TS code.

I have a similar issue.  I came back to Zoom Pro using a welcome back discount with monthly payments.  I want to go forward with annual payments.  The expiry was yesterday and I cancelled the plan as an agent suggested but I have the cancellation pending on the account and can't go forward.  The email that said I cancelled yesterday states that the cancellation would come into effect midnight last night.  I contacted support and they said cancellation could happen any time today, they can't confirm when.  It is difficult when meetings were scheduled in this period and they may not be more than 40 minutes if I can't make another subscription with annual payments
