Hi -

I used to be able to see a timer of how long I have been connected to a meeting, but for some reason, no longer see it. I don't see anything in setting about this. How do I get the timer back?

thanks!

Is there any plans to get the mail function of Zoom Workplace into the Zoom Workplace PWA in Chromebooks?

Thanks

Hey hey!

I'm a dance fitness instructor, using ZOOM to teach virtually during my in-person classes.

I start my meeting, share my computer audio (Spotify) (which is also connected via bluetooth to an external speaker).  I mute everyone in the zoom meeting, including myself, and teach my class.

Everything is perfect so far!

At the end of class, I do a stretch/cooldown portion, where I need my zoom participants to hear me.  I have an external mic headset, that is connected to my laptop, I unmute myself in Zoom, and I turn down the music on my laptop (which is still connected to my external speaker), and begin my cooldown, while walking participants through the motion

The problem:
The music from the shared audio is still too loud for my Zoom participants and they can barely hear me speaking in the microphone.

Question:

Can I control the shared audio volume to only affect the Zoom participants, and not my in-person folks?  (ie: turn the music down for the zoom participants)

Can I turn up the volume for my microphone? (I checked microphone settings, and have the mic already turned all the way up, but it's not loud enough because the background music - shared audio - is still at 100%)

please help 🙂

Allow users to record their name

The Zoom Phone automated attendant's pronunciation of people's names is wrong in some case. Zoom needs to allow users to record their own name.

I recently started experiencing horrible static feedback when I switch on the Orginal Sound feature. I use a MacBook Air and Rode ll mic system. Everything worked fine until a month ago, now I cannot figure out what the issue is...I've done updates, restarts, changed cables, new mics and still the horrible sound persists.

I cannot hear it while the meeting in on, but the clients can hear the buzzing static and it's on the recording. So I'm doing a million test recordings to trouble shoot but nothing is working!

Please, anyone, help!

Hello:

I am a user of a Zoom Pro account and have noticed an issue with previous meetings. When a meeting moves to the "Previous Meetings" section, it is still possible to start it using the original link. This can cause conflicts with new and ongoing meetings, as they may overlap.

I would like to request a feature that automatically disables meetings that move to the "Previous Meetings" section, so they cannot be started again by me or other users who have the link. This would help avoid conflicts and improve meeting management.

If anyone has found a solution or has any ideas, please share them!

Best regards,

I have been having this issue this from end dec 2024 till now. Tablet users eg ipad will not be able to see my shared screen if they enter the meeting AFTER i have started the meeting and SHARED my screen. they will only see a grey screen unless i stop share and Reshare my screen again. Not only is very distruptive to deliver of lesson/meeting, all the contents i have written earlier on the powerpoint is cleared.  But if i dont reshare, those that check in at diff times wont see a thing.

Laptop users do not have such issue.

problem does not only restricted to participant account cos i tested out signing in meeting using host email but with tablet(ipad/non-pad) also couldnt see shared content

host and participants have uninstalled and installed the updated client.

wonder if anyone have similar issue and how to solve it. No such problem in the past at all.

Hello,

I have two questions related to the Zoom for SF Lightning Integration and more specifically actions within the OpenCTI Phone Dialer.

My company is using the Zoom Contact Center product for reference, and I have everything operating correctly and have walked through the Zoom Admin guide for setting up the integration for Salesforce - this post is asking about how we can enhance the behavior of the Phone dialer, if that is possible.

Use Case 1

We have a use case where if an agent receives an inbound call, and there are multiple contacts and cases with the phone number calling in listed - we have the screen pop set up so that all of these Cases and Contacts will appear in the SF search page - when the agent clicks on any of the matching contact or case records, the Task (i.e. the Engagement, its the info you see when you click the clipboard in the dialer) that is created ultimately at the end of the call lists the last contact and / or case that the agent clicks on - but we want this to happen in realtime as the agent clicks through various contacts and case while they are on the call. I can't attach screenshots but I hope that makes sense. Is something like this possible?

Use Case 2

When agents are on a call, they are able to add notes to an engagement (via the phone dialer clipboard icon) by adding the notes and clicking 'Publish'. Is there a way to automatically add notes to the engagement, or a hot key of some kind, so that the notes can be added without needing to click 'Publish'? Or alternatively if the notes can be added, and when the engagement is wrapped up (by clicking done in the phone dialer), any notes entered can be automatically saved. Is something like this possible?

Hello, I'm new to Zoom.  I have a work zoom link that I log in from Toronto, Canada and I have to travel to Jamaica and want to continue working remotely.  My question is, do I use the same Zoom address link that I was given in Canada to log in the meeting when I'm located in Jamaica?  Does the Zoom link once given, work anywhere in the world?

Thanks!

Hi there,

I was wondering if there is a difference between the Zoom for Government Workspace desktop app msi installer and the regular Zoom Workspace desktop app installer?

Thank you!
