Mike_S, thank you for the settings information. I, too, do not want chat encryption since it disables the ability for a legal hold. Our issue was first noticed in July 2023.

Mike_S, the problem has not been resolved.MGSR, I don't know where to find that setting. There is no "Other settings" in Account Management > Account Settings > Team Chat.
