Vote now When I try to start zoom, a white box appears (presumably a broken version of the main menu) then the "Zoom unexpectedly quit" screen shows up. I'm using an Acer aspire A515-54 series laptop.
Zoom was working normally for me until this weekend.
I have tried using CleanZoom to remove zoom completely and reinstall it to no avail.
My laptop is up to date on windows updates and driver updates
I don't have Powertoys installed
I was messing around with OBS the week before though...
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

I went into my Zoom today, which I use for personal reasons to stay in touch with family. I opened on my desktop, per usual, signed in, and it immediately took me to "Zoom Workplace" and all my scheduled meetings were gone. I had to go onto Zoom's website and login to my account there in order to find them. I do not want Zoom workplace. I do not want to be charged for Zoom workplace. I don't want to have to sign in through the website. If I find out I'm being charged extra for a service I neither wanted nor use, I'm cancelling my account and moving to another online meeting platform. Does anyone know how to switch back, or have experienced this?

I found this thread and it has many examples of users experiencing the same across different OS's and hardware. https://www.reddit.com/r/Zoom/comments/g0vavu/zoom_keeps_crashing_my_wifi_network/ Same thing for me, most meetings I drop off every few minutes and my whole wifi connection drops as well. Can't use chrome or slack, totally offline. It's happened dozens of times and I NEVER drop a connection otherwise. Only in Zoom meetings. I would love to get a solution to this or some understanding of what's happening. Thanks so much!

I purchased a one-month large Zoom meeting license when what I wanted was a large meeting webinar license; I then bought a one-month large audience webinar license that expires in one week, and my event is two weeks away, I now have two licenses I cannot use and no license when I need it. HELP!

I want to upgrade my basic plan to Pro, and proceeded to the payment page. However, after filling in all the blanks, the error 'creditcardState' keeps appearing and I cannot make payment even though the credit card is working and I have checked with the bank. I am using Safari on Mac. I have tried other of my credit cards but the same issue persists.
