Hi everyone, most of my therapy sessions are on Zoom. I’ve tried Zoom’s AI summary feature, but for therapy notes it feels too generic and doesn’t capture DAP or SOAP style documentation well. What AI tools are people using to turn Zoom sessions into solid therapy notes? Looking for something that handles clinical language better, supports templates, and is mindful of privacy and compliance. Any workflows you recommend, or tools to avoid?

The Home tab on the App only shows the non recurring meeting schedules under "Today". Under Recurring Meetings it has the list of meetings but their Schedule is not shown and the App does not remind me or ring for an upcoming recurring meeting when I am inactive in the desktop.

I am missing a lot of recurring meetings because the list has the completed recurring meeting also in the list for that specific day.

Thanks in Advance.

For Toastmaster meetings, we commonly rearrange the faces on the display so the Speaker image is close to the webcam.

Looking at the "webcam / Speaker image" simultaneously, gives the impression, to the Speaker, that the audience is listening.

If we cannot place the Speaker image close to the webcam, it appears to the Speaker, that the audience is not listening.

We do not want to give the impression that we are ignoring the Speaker, because it is a boring Speech.

I suspect that there are thousands of Toastmaster clubs who use Zoom.  There are quite likely more small groups than large groups who use Zoom.

It would be better if we could "always" rearrange the images on the screen, even if someone raises their hand.

Hi Zoom Docs Team:

It would be a major improvement to be able to (optionally) include a breadcrumb navigation element on zoom docs. I can manually create one now . . . but I would prefer that it be automated to keep the links connected properly.  It would look something like the navigation you have on this forum:

How do I get rid of flipping Fathom?

How do I kill Fathom. I have uninstalled it restarted my computer and it is still asking to load Fathom as I am trying to join a zoom call.

It is iritating to say the least.

It is like a cockroach infesting zoom.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I use a Thinkpad X1 Gen 11 with a Raptor Lake chipset/cpu and an IPU6 camera with openSUSE Tumbleweed.

IPU6 cameras have been a long standing issue and are still not fully supported everywhere but with the latest software in openSUSE:

- kernel 6.13.4

- libcamera 0.4.0

I can finally at least get a video picture from the qcam application which is part of libcamera.

Camera is also referred to as "ov2740" in case that is important.

Still the latest Zoom client 6.3.11 does not show any video. It selects the Camera "ipu6" but it stays black.

Anyone knows the state of support of this camera within Zoom? Should I rather raise a support issue?

Thanks,

 Wolfgang

I have several sites listed by cities.

I'm trying to limit digital content admin rights to just a few units at each location. When I go to the specific device, I'm not able to just give to each unit. it's grey out and to the far right, I see: Using Account Settings.

I don't see an option in account settings to list digital content admin settings per device.

I don't want to give access to a Floor settings, I want each unit.

thanks
