Vote now Hi, I'm looking for a way to remove the extra bit that zoom has automatically tacked onto the auto receptionist that says press 0 to talk to the operator. Even when I set 0 to a different function it still says that. For example, if I set 0 to leave a voice message it instructs the caller to press 0 to leave a voice message, but then it also follows that up by instructing the caller to press 0 to talk to an operator. I see other posts on here telling people how to set an operator, but that's not what I want to do. I just want to remove this instruction. Thanks

got a meeting invite with an id and a link. the link was app.uso7zoom.us but when i click it took me to a site that looked similar to the zoom launch meeting landing page. i hit join meeting but nothing happens.
the host that sent the link asks me to turn on my VPN because he is in Argentina and i Africa but it still doesn't work instead it starts download the file at the top of the image shared. but i stopped it as soon as my pc flagged it as virus. the meeting id also didn't work.
is this a scam??

If I create a new whiteboard during a meeting, we can both use it without a problem for that meeting. The next day the whiteboard still shows normal status with no View-Only tag. A week later, when we meet again, the whiteboard has a View-Only tag added to it automatically without me even logging into zoom or doing anything in between that time. This happens every week when I meet with my teacher. It can not be removed, you can not choose Collaborating when opening the board because it thinks I am not the owner of my own board. You can not touch (iPad) or click (PC) on the View-Only displayed at the top to change it in any way. You must copy the board and create a new one, which will again become View-Only automatically after a week's time before the next meeting. How in the world do you remove this tag or prevent it from ever being applied to your board in the first place and how do you allow yourself to choose Collaborating. Also how do you mute the volume on the iPad so you don't hear yourself talking when using a tablet as a whiteboard during a meeting. The tablet is just for drawing on the whiteboard, it shouldn't be trying to host the entire meeting as the PC is doing this job.

I have zoom workplace client installed on my laptop. When i share screen, black window boxes were seen on the shared screen. I then chose "secure share with windows filtering option in Advanced settings of screen share. The black boxes disappeared but when Im annotating on my shared screen, the participants are not able to see. This happens only when i have chose secure share with windows filtering option and not with any other option. This was never the issue with my old laptop. But ever since i installed zoom on my new laptop, I am facing this issue. Please help me sort this out

Здравствуйте, помогите, пожалуйста. У меня не работает видео. Камера исправна, она включена, но при конференции просто черный экран горит.
I have a work Zoom account managed by my org and a personal account that I manage. I want to integrate with Google as an Add on so i can set up my personal meetings directly, but Google keeps defaulting to my work account. I've tried uninstalling the app on the google side, deleted the google integration from my work account on the zoom side but nothing I do is having any effect. Can anyone advise. I'm new to Zoom too, more familiar with Google Meet but wanted to just use one provider for meetings.

Is there a way to delay sending the invite to participants until a certain date and time? I want to create multiple invites for zoom mtgs for the following week. I want them to receive the invite the morning of the meeting so it does not get buried in their inbox. Is this possible within Zoom or do I have to copy the invite to an external email provider such as gmail or outlook to achieve this? Thank you

Since I updated the Zoom today I cant use the Advanced sharing option Slides as background. There is a triangle with exclamation mark with text " You can now share slides as background with presenter layouts." Did you disabled this option? What can I do to access it again? Daniel Paulus

I'm running MacOS Monterey. Several times in the last few weeks, I've noticed the orange dot indicating the microphone is being used by an app, and I click on the Control Center and see that Zoom is accessing the microphone. I'm not in a meeting and simply have the Zoom app open. Why would Zoom be accessing the microphone when I'm not in a meeting?
