Vote now I have been using Zoom for some time and today I was finally told that my Zoom background image is backwards. Which means it has always been backwards. I don't understand how it is backwards because my video preview is correct, but the others have an opposite view of my background. It means there is an issue with what I see and what others see is not the same, which means the preview is not true. My method is to flip all my background images in Photoshop because a normal view of my background image is flipped backwards in my video. So i thought i fix the problem but actually was creating the problem due to video preview is not a true preview of what others see. Did anyone else learn this oddness? I hope the preview can be fixed.

I've been able to build my flow with a HttpCall widget to hit a webhook. i keep getting webinar registration emails that i never opted in for. How do you stop people from registering you for webinars you didn't sign up for?
The zoom whiteboard feature freezes while drawing repeatedly every minute or so. This occurs on two separate devices and happens due to the Zoom whiteboards feature freezing. I am on Zoom version 6.4.1. I am an educator who teaches remotely so I would appreciate a solution. it can be unfrozen by minimizing the app but this workaround is not feasible to do constantly.

When I use the backstage in my Zoom Webinar, is the number of attendees available given by my Zoom Webinar license or my Zoom Sessions license?
Hello- Is there a way to set up scheduler so that they cannot book an appointment for the same calendar day. So it someone clicked my booking page on 03-25-2025, I do not want them to be able to book an appointment with me on 03-25-2025. Have not found where or how to do this yet. Thanks

I am on a Macbook Air I bought two weeks ago. Since seamless porting over my data to the new computer, Zoom won't let me share my screen. When I click the Share button, the tab picker pops up as normal but I can't see any of my tabs in the tab icons. I see generic icons as in the attachment. If I click on one of these generic icons, I get the alert (in another attached pic) that says I have to go to Privacy and Settings. But it doesn't tell me what I am supposed to do when I get there. In Privacy and Settings: – Zoom is ON in Accessibility – Zoom is ON in Camera – Zoom is ON in Microphone – I can't add Zoom to Screen & System Audio recording because it is the only app in my Applications folder that doesn't show up in the Applications Folder Open Dialogue Box (see 3rd attachment)

As the owner account, I have granted a few of the admin accounts rights to schedule meetings for me. I see them listed in the Settings>Meetings>Other>Scheduling Privileges section. However, when those accounts schedule a meeting, they don't see my account as an option to choose from. Are admins not allowed to schedule meetings for the owner?

Hello, I've turned on 2 AI Companion settings "Use screen share content with OCR" and "Use meeting chat messages" and would like to know where and how to interact with Zoom in a way that uses those settings. We recently held a meeting, which was recorded, that we had text in the chat and on the screen that was not said out loud by anyone. The text was important to our meeting, but not mentioned in the content in the AI Summary. Also, when using AI Companion in Workplace, after the meeting, it did not yield any mention of the on screen or chat text. Any insights are appreciated!
