When I join a virtual meeting, I am unable to depress the visual button so they can see me during meeting. 

Hello Everyone,I am trying to set up a fully virtual, on-demand conference for a nonprofit professional association. Our members are located across Alaska, so we do not hold an in-person event.The conference will consist of 17 prerecorded presentations that attendees must watch to receive CEU credits. There are no live sessions. Participants simply register, watch the recordings, and complete the conference on their own schedule.What we need:Registration open May 1 - December 31 Attendees must be able to purchase/register anytime during that period Once registered, they should have access to all 17 prerecorded sessions The sessions must remain available for on-demand viewing from time of registration till end of DecemberWhen creating the event in Zoom Events, I see three option

Since the new analytics were released, I cannot seem to find where to see who registered for a specific session. I have this chart:but I can’t see who those 16 people are. I used to be able to filter a standard chart by specific session, but I don’t see that anymore. And I don’t see it when I switch back to the old view. How can I sort registrants by the sessions they registered for?

Hi!  I recorded my meeting but I can’t find the recording on my mac nor the (where it should be) although I also checked the cloud and it’s not there.  My “double_click_to_convert” file is also not there.  The zoom workplace version is : 6.7.7 (76486) Help!  Thank you!

Summary After upgrading from Webinars to Webinar Plus (Zoom Events), we lost critical API functionality for tracking which registration source each registrant came from. The Webinars API exposes tracking sources via a public endpoint, but the Zoom Events API has no equivalent endpoint, it does have tracking source but no way to retrieve these via API Background & Use Case We manage webinars/events for multiple employer groups. Each group has a dedicated landing page on our platform that displays upcoming events with a registration link specific to that group. When I do this, I am wherever I want my head with power point as a background which is awesome but my video is also in the top right not virtual.  How do I get it the one in the top right gone?

Hi,I have setup a Zoom event with ‘Registration required’ and have shared the registration link, which has resulted in a number of registrations being received.We have a VIP group that don’t want to register individually, hence we would like to send them a Group join link instead.Unfortunately Zoom only displays the Group join link when the ‘Registration required’ option is unticked.My question is the following:If I untick the ‘Registration required’ option temporarily and copy the displayed group join link, without saving this change, will this group join link work if I send the link to the VIP group? Hence is this a viable workaround to have both registrations and a group join link?

In the Event Analytics dashboard, it shows that 717 people have registered for the event. When I pull a general ticket registration report, 70 of the 717 registrations have incomplete data. They have name and email, but “no response” is listed in fields that are required on the registration form and “N/A” is listed in fields such as Registration Method and Access type. This only started occurring in the past couple of days. Some registrations are still coming through with all fields showing complete data. I did wait more than 24 hours to see if there was a delay in the report processing. There were no changes to registration or the required fields. 

Hi everyone,I am trying to retrieve a complete list of registrants for a Zoom Event (using the /v2/zoom_events/ endpoints). My goal is to get a single dataset that includes the following fields for the whole event:Email First Name Last Name Registration Status (Approved, Pending, etc.) Join URL (The unique attendee link) Role (Host, Attendee, Speaker)The Problem:I have tried several endpoints, but none of them provide the full set of data. Specifically:/v2/zoom_events/events/{eventId}/registrants: Only returns email and status. It is missing Names and Join URLs. /v2/zoom_events/events/{eventId}/reports/ticket_registration: Does not consistently return the join_url and Role or the status in my tests.

Hi Zoom Team, would anyone be able to please advise what is the difference between these: (1) Zoom Content Hub on Zoom Events, (2) Zoom Video Content Management System and (3) Zoom Video Management?From my current understanding, they all are repositories that house videos, however what is the difference? I have a question: I created a webinar on Zoom and registered a client.The client successfully registered but didn't receive a confirmation email (although they received their registration information).1. I sent a test email and they received it normally.2. Initially, the client received it (about two days ago), but today they stopped receiving it.3. I'm using a personal Gmail account with an upgraded plan.= Can anyone help me with this?

A registered event where the participants were imported, and one participant shared her registration with a non-registered participant and when the non-registered attendee clicked Join the meeting, the non-registered participant was prompted to register. How is that possible?

Hi everyone, I often host Zoom meetings and sometimes need to share helpful resources or tools with participants after the meeting. What’s the best way to do this so everyone can easily access them later?For example, I was thinking about sharing a simple resource page (something like a small guide or tool page) along with the meeting notes. Do you usually put links in the chat, email them later, or use another method?Would love to hear what works best for you all.

Hi - I’ve just published a recurring weekly event. We will have different team members covering sessions, so I didn’t have any speakers added when I published. I’m adding speakers now and they are not receiving the email invite with calendar link.The sessions are published. Registration is required.They all have special role of speaker. They’ve all been added as “speaker.”I’m adding them per session here: The speaker session join details email is scheduled for 4 weeks out - but sessions start next week.  Am I missing something? Is there a way to set these to send as soon as I add someone as a speaker? Or is there even a way for m

We hold a meeting 5x per year.  Meeting invites are sent to our mailing list via Mailchimp.  We also produce flyers to encourage those not on our mailing list to attend.  We also post the flyer on Facebook and Instagram.  Over the last 5 years of hosting these events, we have never had more than 100 people register.  For our February event we have over 350 "people" register.  Our audience is typically those that reside in the SF Bay Area.  I suspect that many of these "people" are not real because 117 of them registered BEFORE we advertised the meeting and many of them are from outside California - plus a few from outside the United States.  I think that there is a glitch in Zoom's system but cannot speak with a live support person.  I have gone back and forth with service tickets - but that process has not been helpful.  I also noticed that previous meetings of this type are no longer available in the past meeting

I’ve set up a Zoom Event with recurring sessions. We’ll have 7 sesssions throughout the year and we want people to ensure that the people we invite tot he first two sessions do not see the next 5. We’re adding sessions as we go throughout the year. If we set up a ticket for the first session, is there a way to hide it form the option to purchase? I know you can expire it but will it still show in the tickets section when people go to register later?

Greetings all!I experienced a strange phenomenon while running Production Studio.  It happened twice, in separate sessions.  I thought it was weird, and just “me”, but now I’ve had a client’s host report experiencing the same thing.I can’t fully reproduce the circumstance, but the full-screen Production Studio window “refreshed” and only showed a few of the elements on screen -- I think it was Preview, Program, and Source boxes, and none of the menu structure was present:   No minimize, maximize, or close buttons in the upper right, and much of the periphery around the Preview, Program, and Source windows was missing.  Both times I immediately took a screen shot… but in the screen shot the window elements were fully populated!!So far I’m not creating a support ticket, because… well, what is there to report?  “It’s weird, stuff was missing, see the screen shot, which doesn’t show anything missing”.I’m hoping if more people are experiencing this can report

I would like to use the Zoom Lobby to collect the attendee's acceptance of consent (for example, consent that the session is recorded). I can put the appropriate message in the lobby description. May I also have an "Accept" button that then places the attendee in the session? Ideally, there would also be a "decline" button that exits Zoom. Thanks.

Hey Team! I’ve got a multi-session Zoom Events set up and published with multiple tickets.  I know that you can only have one registration link but I do not have the option for source tracking under the registration tab. The option to remove India is there but the options for setting up source tracking links are not.  Any help here?

Help! We have an event running for the next two days and the cloud recording option has stopped. Hosts and Speakers can now only record locally.  We recorded the morning sessions wi but the option has now vanished. This is not a storage issue, as I purchased additional cloud storage (500GB) and th three recording were less than 3GB in total.  Anyone encounter something similar?

I have a one-time webinar I created in Events. It looks like it may go over the cap on our Unlimited Event Licence. Is there a way to add the Pay Per Attendee Add-On licence to my account so we can pay per attendee for any overages? Or is the only way to increase the attendee size to move up to the next size on the event's annual plan?
