All of my older whiteboards are missing from my whiteboard library. Only 2024 boards are showing up. I did not delete them. They were not created within a meeting. I've had trouble for a while when I get to the whiteboard library but always manage to click around enough they finally show up. Any ideas?

I've been trying to add an external user to my out-of-meeting whiteboard (a student). However, every time I try to give access I get a message about a server error. I've tried changing settings in all possible ways but nothing helped. Has anyone faced this problem recently? Should I somehow add them to my contacts/'organisation'?

When I share my whiteboard the annotation and drawing tools are not appearing for the other user. I have checked that annotation is enabled in my meeting settings and I have checked during the screen share that annotation is enabled. Any suggestions welcome!

Starting yesterday (November 28th), users who join my meetings can no longer write or draw on the whiteboard, although the Whiteboard is set to "Cooperation", not "Presentation". Several of my students have reported the same problems, regardless of their operating system or device. The icon bar to the left does not show anymore.

I love the look of the new Zoom Whiteboard, and I was so excited to try it with colleagues. I created a whiteboard on my zoom account and then shared it by clicking on the bottom task bar in a meeting. The participants could see my whiteboard and I could add to it, but they couldn't. I've enabled the in-meeting whiteboard on my online zoom admin account: I then tried to share directly to participants emails, but it said that I couldn't share as it was disabled by my administrator: this is someone from within my organisation. Any ideas please?

Saludos. I am conducting English classes via a simple Zoom room. I see the new Whiteboard, which looks fantastic. I am unsure of how to share with the Zoom meeting. I need simple clear instructions. I have investigated the available tutorials but remain in the dark. When I am in a meeting, I can click Share then whiteboard, but I only see the old-style whiteboards. Any clarification you can offer me will be appreciated. Thank you.

I updated Zoom and now I have a new whiteboard instead of old version. How can I downgrade to the old verion?
