Problem with share screen

When sharing screen it does not give me the option to choose whiteboard or screen, only the files that I have open

using whiteboard

hello - I have uploaded a document to a whiteboard that is multiple pages. As the host, when I advance to a 2nd (or third or fourth, etc...) page, the other people in the meeting do not see the page change. how can I fix this?

WHITEBOARD GETS ERASED EVERY TIME I CLOSE IT

Would be soooo grateful if someone could help.

 

SO:

I write on the whiteboard,

then I close it and go back to the main room.

When I re-open the whiteboard again during the same meeting, whatever i had written is not there anymore, it gets deleted and i have to restart with a fresh whiteboard. 

 

Anyone can help keeping the writing on the board ? THANKS! this is driving me mad!

why do we need white board subscription when i have access to zoom one pro

I have already a subscription of zoom on pro where i get access to whiteboards also, but is it really neccesary to take white boards subscription also , as I its enough for me to have 2 boards for every meeting. Should i take it or can use it from zo... Show more
