Hi,

I've used templates in Whiteboards before and had no trouble.

Now, however, when I click on a template from the template list, it will show for a second or two, and then the template feature will disappear. If I click on the template icon in the toolbar, the icon turns blue but nothing happens. I have to log off and log back in, but the same thing happens.

I've just downloaded an update and tried again in a new window. But nothing changes.

I'm using Mozilla Firefox, and cleared my zoom.us cache.

Please, I need to go back to the classic version of the old whiteboard because the new one is not working properly, actually, I can't use the new one because when I start the whiteboard my connection fails and this only happens when I try to use the new whiteboard. I'm using a whiteboard from another app, and it's not fair as I'm paying to have all the tools on Zoom. Can you help me to go back to the old version? 

Does anyone know if it is possible to share audio while using the Zoom whiteboard template feature? Usually I just share audio when I want background music, but when using the whiteboard there isn't a way to utilize the share screen/audio without closing the whiteboard. I've noticed that while collaborating (i.e., everyone brainstorm your ideas during the next 5 minutes) I utilize the timer feature which is great, but the quiet is obvious and distracting in its own way.

Doy clase de materias asociadas a Ciencias (Matemáticas, Física, etc.) y me sería sumamente útil utilizar una pizarra cuadriculada, como las hojas cuadriculadas tradicionales en papel (cuadernos, blocks, etc.). Eso permite gráficos de distintos tipos, donde se utiliza ejes de coordenadas, y la posibilidad de encontrar puntos utilizando escalas de dibujo, basadas en las medidas del cuadriculado (por ejemplo 0,5 x 0,5 cm.). Si alguien pudo resolverlo o implementar su uso, agradecería sus comentarios. Gracias!!!

I am using the Meeting Agenda Whiteboard Template.  I want to make the rectangle below the header (where we see Introduction, Topic 1, Topic 2, Topic 3, Topic 4) longer.  Resizing the rectangle only makes the rectangle bigger in all directions.  I want to type notes for the meeting agenda items under each topic.  If my text expands, does the rectangle automatically elongate?

I am trying to import a simple small PNG into the whiteboard. The instructions on how to do that (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058482) say to use the upload icon which does not show and if it does not show to have the admin enable that feature

If I use copy/paste, it would only allow text, but not a PNG.

I am a music educator and am looking for musical notation, the music template offered does not show near the elements I need, but it would work if I could add my own icons.

I am running an Asus Windows 10 compter. I am a trainer and I create customized templates which go along with the training materials.  I cannot get Zoom to allow me to use the personal templates within the breakout rooms and give them functionality.   I have looked for videos but all the videos discuss the whiteboard but nothing about my templates or using personal templates. What must I do to use only personal templates in the breakout rooms?
