Whiteboard

For the past six months, I had been using whiteboards during meetings.  Users were able to post to the whiteboards and interact with it.

On Jan 8th, I attempted to use a a whiteboard.  The users could view it, but they were unable to interact with it.  I had not changed the settings.  It has been three weeks now, and users are still not able to use the whiteboard during meetings.

Same here. And I have been trying to share the Whiteboard with the specific users, but I can't do that either.

Hi @marinadelsol welcome to the community! What first comes to mind, I was thinking you maybe sharing a invite link with different permission types, e.g. Managing Zoom Whiteboard user permissions here are the permissions:

  • Co-owner: Users with link access can have the same permissions as the original board owner, including sharing, editing, commenting, and deleting.
  • Editor: Users with link access can edit the board.
  • Commenter: Users with link access can comment on the board.
  • Viewer: Users with link access can view the board.

Are you sharing a "viewer" invite link instead of one for editor access?

For example, when sharing a whiteboard you have the following options:
