I'm not finding an option that allows people to vote without their name being attached to the vote. There are times when people need this extra step to allow them to speak their mind in the presence of power brokers. Am I missing the setting somewhere? Or is it on a roadmap?

I've been unable to view or use the whiteboard feature on the Zoom application. When trying to do so, the application simply states "Unable to Load this Whiteboard Error Code:2". Happens regardless of whether I wish to open it while in a meeting or simply on the app. Funnily enough, it works on browser (i use chrome specifically). I've already uninstalled and installed zoom multiple times & have reset my device as well but no luck. Any ideas?

ホワイトボードを組織外の人と編集したいです。 当日のミーティングは編集できましたが、 ミーティングの続きをしようとしたところ ビューア―許可から変更ができませんでした。 ポータルからサインインし 個人 設定 ホワイトボード ホワイトボード共有の自信 安心のアクセスレベル 全員 に設定したいところ、 「管理者が組織に対してこの設定を有効に設定しました」 グレーバックで編集できません。 ・私はオーナー権限です。 次に、ポータルの 管理者 アカウント管理 ホワイトボード管理 見ても権限変更の仕方がわかりませんでした。 おわかりの方教えていただけますと幸いです。 PS.投稿の確認時の文字化けがスゴイです。

I have used zoom for years and typically use classic whiteboard when I am tutoring. I can usually see my student in a small window as well as seeing the main whiteboard window. Recently the layout of my screen changed (I assumed a software update) and I can no longer see my student in the window. I have searched the controls but can’t find any way to get the window. Any suggestions please?

I've created boards and duplicated them when I need to use again- but is there a way to create your own whiteboard template to save and use again and again? I'm on the most recent Zoom update. Thanks!

In the thumbnail of each template there is a section "About the Template". Is that information available for all templates in a single document?
Can you extract data / comments made on a whiteboard into a table or format for review?
For example, collate peoples comments / feedback into either word or excel file?
Hello. I am having trouble emailing a whiteboard. When I type in an email address (@yahoo.com, for example) and click 'Share', I am given a prompt that reads: "___(my name)____________ has disabled collaboration with users outside your organization". What does this mean and how can I email/share my whiteboard with users? I've attached a screenshot for reference. Thank you!
