Can anyone help with setting up the Classic Whiteboard permanently?

I needed to set my Whiteboard to the Classic Whiteboard as a permanent feature. 

After the latest update, even after I have read the article, followed all their steps, step-by-step, toggle on and off and saving the setting. It still opens up the new whiteboard, nothing I do on my side, changes the setting.

Anyone knows how to solve this issue?

And is there no way of contacting Zoom customer support for technical issues like this via email?
