ZoomRoom support for AMD CPUs
Any chance ZoomRooms will support AMD CPUs? While ZoomRooms does run on AMD, I noticed some features were missing on AMD, namely camera controls and auto-framing options.

Hi everyone I integrate Crestron Flex systems with Zoom Rooms on a daily basis. The image file which Crestron provides to install Zoom Rooms on the Flex system is 32-bit. According to Zoom Device Management, updates to 64-bit will soon no longer be supported. I have provided an image as an attachment to clarify the issue. Does anyone have any information regarding this? Is Zoom indeed going to stop support for updates to the 64-bit version of Zoom Rooms? When will this support stop? Is there anything we can do to update the version without Crestron having to provide an image file with 64-bit Zoom Rooms version (this can be done but is not an optimal solution as we have many customers with a lot of Flex systems running 32-bit Zoom Rooms version. We will then have to re-image a ton of systems.). Any help is greatly appreciated. Best regards Simen Dumont

The new Location Management menu has caused some confusion in our account.
The details are too complex to explain here, but if you are experiencing strange behavior in your Rooms management, the changes made with the addition of the Location Management menu may be affecting you.

Admins have no problem but when regular network users start a Zoom meeting and invite rooms, the Zoomrooms are muted. How would you have it set to auto-unmute Zoomrooms for basic user accounts?
Hello, I do not know if I am on the right board . I did a Json program for my LG TVS and put it in TAP Room controls . The buttons are too small and there is no feedback response, but they do work . When you setup a Crestron button you can press and get nice feedback . I like TAP and would love to be able to put the ON/OFF button on the main page to make it easier for the end user . To turn off you TVs ? Any help would be much appreciated.

What does "Watch Status" mean on Calendar Resource page of Cisco/Polycom Rooms Calendar Integration? I updated the EWS address of my exchange environment and several mailboxes show as synched but the "Watch Status" show as failed and resetting does nothing. For those mailboxes the calendar information is not making it to the endpoint so I am guessing it has something to do with a setting in Exchange but no idea what that setting may be.

Hello everyone! I have an account that manages X numbers of Zoom Rooms and I need to share Login Credentials of one in specific for every user that come to that computer. Thanks!
There's a way to do this?
Like an Scripted archive in the users documents/appdata or some way to share an email/password that logs in just in that Zoom Room

Hi all, After the update Zoom made early this year, we started deploying this feature in all our Zoom Rooms. While the integration has been smooth with Exchange, we found that rooms that are using untethered iPad controllers don't seem to show the in-meeting controls when in a Teams meeting. All our rooms are using iPads as the controller with a majority wired to the network. A few of them wirelessly connect and using a Luxe mounting solution to allow mobility in some spaces. I have checked the versions of Zoom room apps, including the iPad iOs versions to check for inconsistencies but are all same. Thank you. Randy

We have Teams Rooms for Android running on a Logitech Roommate with a Meetup as the camera, speaker, and microphone. Teams meetings work as expected. When joining a Zoom meeting from the Teams Rooms it loads a variant of the Zoom Android app. Video and speaker work but the microphone comes up as "Unrecognized Microphone 1" and "Unrecognized Microphone 2" and no audio is captured. Has anyone seen this before, is there a resolution?
