I am hosting a Zoom meeting with 10 participants and two facilitators. Each week we want to have two separate places where we can dialogue with each space having one facilitator and 5 random participants. Any suggestions?
I know we can create two breakout rooms automatically but how do we insure that each facilitator gets assigned to these rooms? I also know we can manually assign people but that will take time and it will not be random.
Another option would be to create only one breakout room and have one group stay in the main room but if we do this how do we make sure that the facilitator gets assigned to the breakout room and the others get assigned randomly?

Hi All, I work for a Zoom Enterprise customer that has about 850 room systems globally. We are having trouble managing the configuration of our rooms at scale with the combination of ZDM & the Zoom admin portal as it currently exists. We have made feature requests to our account team about this but have not gotten a lot of traction as it seems that Zoom is really focused on pushing users looking for this functionality towards utilizing the Zoom API to roll their own tools. As an enterprise, I'm sure we have some resources internally that have the technical capability to generate the type of tools we need, but before I go down the path of fighting for resources, I was wondering if anyone is aware of a solution on the market that already exists. I am familiar with Utelogy and the platforms that the global AV integrators offer but they seem to be more focused on managing/controlling each of the component devices that make up a modern room system. We are looking for something that can manage the room configurations at the Zoom level en masse via a method other than the geographical hierarchy that currently exists. TIA!

We are a non-profit seeking to purchase a DTEN screen for our conference room. This would necessitate a Zoom Room license. Is anyone aware are there discounts for Zoom Room licenses? I am aware of the Zoom One discount through TechSoup, but I just wanted to check on Zoom Rooms before moving forward.

Hi, I am looking for a Zoom Rooms setup that can handle a room that is sometimes split using permanent deviders (Image attached) to turn the room into two distinct rooms. As the room is split, the table layout changes quite often so the microphones will need to be ceiling mounted. Is there a conference system that I can turn the microphones off for the large part (Microphone 2&3) via the Zoom interface/hardware (Logi Tap or similar) while using the smaller part of the room? ___________________________________________________ | (Divider) | | 1 | 2 3 | | | | |______________|___________________________________| Many thanks. Windows 11: I have a room which is sometimes used for presentations, when a PTZ camera is used pointing at the presenter, and sometimes used for discussions, when a wide-angle camera points at the participants. The computer currently boots into zoom automatically. I would like to insert a menu into the boot sequence so that the user can choose between the two configurations. Are there any suggestions as to how I can achieve this. I was hoping the configuration would be saved in the user's AppData folder and I could make a copy of each configuration folder and reinstate the appropriate folder in response to the menu entry - but this does not seem to work. Where are these configurations stored?

Hi, I am configuring a Zoom Room for a multi-purpose conference space which can utilize up to 3 displays (depending on the use case). When using two displays, I can configure both displays to use Gallery View when there are 3 or more participants. However, when using three displays, I can only configure one display to use Gallery View when there are 2 or more participants (see below). Is there a reason why I cannot configure multiple display to use Gallery View when using 3 displays? Thanks

My upcoming meetings appear on the webiste, but they don't show up neither on my desktop app nor my tablet app. I can only see "recurring meetings". All these meetings were created on the Zoom website, so this is not a problem related to syncing calendars. And I created them, I'm the host, so they were supposed to appear there, right? Or am I missing something? How can I fix this problem? Thanks in advance!
