Unable to reassign host and move on to another meeting

Hello All,

     We are a medical practice using Zoom for  telehealth appointments. Zoom is not reassigning the host to another person.  The clinician then cannot move on to the next Zoom meeting without ending the current meeting. How to fix this?  Thanks.
