We have zoom rooms that have started playing the recording disclaimer. We have a enterprise account and have turned off the following setting. It states it should turn off the spoken disclaimer but it doesn't work for our zoom rooms. We have made sure they are licensed and joined to our account. We are trying to disable this so it doesn't cause a disturbance during court. Our current account setting is below.

Hi Folks, I'm not sure why but all of sudden a few of my meeting rooms shows the error ""This room is not available" either speaker, camera or microphone gets disconnected. Please contact your administrator"". But as and when I restart the machine error gets disappeared. This happens almost 3-4 times in a week. Note: It is happening only with Logitech setup majorly as I have other setup too without such issues. Appreciate your support in advance. Best Rahul Saxena

Zoom Rooms 5.14 has Addtional controls for native room controls. However, native room controls doc only covers 5.13 enhancement. Hi Weve been delving into a range of rooms that are appearing as 'Offline'. These are mainly Scheduling Only rooms so 1 device. The Room itself shows as offline but if we move to the device tab it shows the device as online...its accessible remotely and working fine....Theres nothing under the room properties that appear incorrect but the room remains offline...any ideas why ?

While in an online meeting and taking notes, I take the window off of fullscreen so that I can have my word processor beside the Zoom meeting window. However, the Zoom window puts the shared screen and speaker in side-by-side placement, leaving lots of space above and below. If there was an option for the windows to be above-and-below instead, then they would be much more viewable. Is this option able to be implemented?

We are in between vendors, and I need a Zoom room license. The vendor sorting is not going to happen for a few weeks. I want to temporarily inactivate one of my existing low-use rooms and use that license for a new room in another state that mgmt wants active now. Is there an easy way to swap Zoom room licenses? Or, should I 1> Delete the room 2> Use the license for the new room 3> re-construct the room when my partner relationships are sorted and I can buy from Zoom again. Thank you Spackle

Hello, I am new to using the JSON files in Zoom rooms and am trying to see how easily it would be to control a networked HDMI switcher, in this case Crestron because I have one available. I understand setting the adapter to generic and the IP address accordingly, but looking past that on what to do after wards. any help would be great. thanks! -Zach

In every other app there is video and audio. But when I try to uze ZOOM, there is only black screen and sound doesn't work. I tried everything. If you know what to do, help me please.
