Hello!

We have a zoom room with one projector and one touch TV. When the installation company set it up they missed that the ZOOM room touch buttons appered on the projector and not on the touch TV. Is there a way in zoom room settings to choose where the buttons for start a meeting share screen shows or do I have to have the installation company come back and reprogram the system which screen presents which information.

When there isn't a meeting, digital signage should be playing. But often, the background image for zoom rooms, found under profile, is actually on the screen. I would assume that the background image was for when digital content is not playing and there is no meeting happening. What is its purpose?

If I go into the individual ZR, under its profile is "Picture". It's not the avatar. But given that it's not an account default, it does seem specific to that room. 

I'm really confused about what shows up and when during times the room is not in use. 

If I'm in someone else's zoom room, i can send message to people no problem. But in my own zoom room, none of my messages are received by anyone in the room. Either privately or to the whole room. I've checked my settings. I even created a new zoom account, and still the same issue. 

We just installed the equipment for a new Zoom Room and when the TAP fires up and wants the default/initial password it isn't accepting Zoom123.  I have googled and googled and not seeing anything else it can be.  Is there a new one and/or how can I set a new one if I don't know the default/initial password?

Does anyone know how licensing/meeting length behaves when a basic user uses one of our Zoom Rooms as a location (so the meeting appears on the Zoom Room controller calendar)

So the intention is to have the meeting at the Zoom Room with others connecting in.

Not sure if it makes a difference, but we also have this setting on.

"Make Zoom Rooms the host if it joins before meeting host and other participants"

Or does the meeting have to be initiated by the Zoom Room to use its license?
