Hello,

Hi - Our Zoom Room was in the middle of a meeting, then disconnected from the meeting and was unable to rejoin. It appeared as if the Zoom Rooms app was frozen as it was on the constant "joining" screen so we rebooted the PC (Dell Precision 3240/Windows 10) that runs the app. Once the PC was back up and running the Zoom App got downgraded to 5.3. Is that normal?!? Obviously we were unable to rejoin until after it upgraded all the way back to 5.14.5. Any ideas as to what caused this, how can we keep it from happening again, and how can we have it so that a reboot doesn't revert the app version so far down that it's unusable?

We have a Zoom room set up. When a user forwards a Zoom meeting invite, it is automatically accepted. However, when we forward a Teams meeting, it does not accept automatically. I need to go to the mailbox and click "Accept" manually. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hi, I'm trying to follow this guidance from zZoom to setup a Zoom room on MS 365 Setting up Zoom Rooms with Office 365 – Zoom Support I get to step 5 under App-level Impersonation and the PowerShell command provided makes no sense at all to me. I have tried at least 20 different variations and get nothing but syntax errors. New-ManagementScope -Name "ResourceMailboxes" -RecipientRestrictionFilter {RecipientTypeDetails -eq "RoomMailbox" -or RecipientTypeDetails -eq "EquipmentMailbox" -or UserPrincipalName -eq 'DedicatedUser'} Does anyone know how to formulate this syntax correctly? I have a service account like this for example. *********** and a Resource Room in Exchange for example of *********** I have no idea how to make this command work. Thanks
Note: Replace the text DedicatedUser with the User Principal Name of the Dedicated Service Account User (this usually matches the Dedicated Service Account User's email address).

Hello! Just an idea... Thanks for consideration
Is there a way to save/recall NDI-setup for Zoom Rooms?
I find it kind of annoying having to manually assign user1 to ndi-out1, user 2 to ndi-out2, etc..
Wouldn't it be nice to have a one button solution to simply start NDI-out in a basic setup, so to at least having active speaker, content share on prior to any add. manual point'n'click on ZRC?

Hi i got a recording stopped due to insufficient disc space.
But I have 15 gigs of memory and the recording is set to my computer the recording stopped after a few seconds.
I then tried again and it seemed fine. Any thoughts as to what is going on?
Hi Any one is having Zoom room user manual with all newly added features ( Joining Teams,Webex Calls) Seems zoom dosen't have updated manual in thier database
It appeared today in one of the few Teams meetings we host and after about 5 mins, both of the displays shutdown and require the remote to fire them back up. I had to turn off the "Device Operation Settings" - (Turn Display Off) option to resolve this issue. This does not help me in the allowance of the systems going to sleep as previously utilized. All systems are up to date

Hello,
Is there a way to display the hostname or serial number of the device in ZDM ?
Best regards,
This post, and the title, is a repeat of a post from 2018. I use Windows and have the latest Zoom desktop client. I have a customized background which works fine. Approximately a year ago, I added two images as backgrounds with no problem--which I can easily confirm because I can and do use those background images. However, I cannot now ADD any new background images. When I click the little "plus" button to add an image, nothing happens. I've tried using different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) and they all behave the same. In summary: I can delete background images, and I can change background images, but I cannot add background images. Any help/comments/suggestions would be most appreciated.
