We are having an issue where in gallery mode everyone's video is fine, until someone speaks.  When someone speaks their box in the gallery view is just a grey box.  This only happens in the room where the zoom room is and all remote participants do not have this affect.  Exact description from the user at the time is below:

I just did a test call with a couple of my colleagues and when the zoom meeting is set to “gallery” view one persons box is gray even though they have their video on, and sometimes when another person talks their box goes gray. When I changed the view to “thumbnail” view or “speaker” view there was no gray boxes so it only seems to be happening in gallery view.

We have Zoom rooms working with both Zoom and Teams with no issues.

We're however having problems with meetings that are initiated from Google Meet.

The Google Meet host, sends the Google Meet invitation to our Zoom Room calendar.  

The Zoom Room then displays the Google Meet event with the "Join" button.

Pressing the "Join" button causes meeting to appear to launch, but stays in the "Joining meeting.." and never joins the meeting.

Alternatively, I can join the meeting by selecting the Google Meet icon in the Zoom Room (Tap controller) and enter the Google Meet meeting ID.  This allows me to join the meeting with no issues.

As mentioned above, this is not a problem with either Zoom or Teams meetings.

Could someone shed any light on this?

I was told Zoom Rooms USB whitelisting has been changed from VID/PID (usb unique identifiers) to USB friendly names. 
I can't find official document on how this works. For example, we have rooms that have BYOD functionality which involves switching cameras and USB audio away from the ZR PC, to user's laptop. So we typically re-name the USB devices (most vendors allow it) to something like Room Audio etc. It seems like that will not longer be possible, if we want Zoom to leave the DSPs to handle echo cancelation etc.

 I want to use the zoomrooms.I only have an ipad mini1 . The controller needs ios 10.But my ipad mini1 can only  be upgraded to ios 9.3.6;  Could I hvae some ways to install the older version  on my ipad mini1?

And  can the Android version of the controller be bound to an account like the iOS version?

I have a NeatPad as a controller in a Zoom room, and the join from a room has stopped functioning in my rooms with NeatPads as controllers, and the ultrasonic pairing control is no longer on the device. All my Zoom Rooms with Ipad controllers work fine with the ultrasonic pairing. Anyone have the same issue?

I'm using an iPad as a controller and an Intel Nuc i7 running Windows 11 to manage a Room. I'm using a Logitech Screen Share to make an in-room PC shareable.

I ran into a new error message today, but was unable to record it verbatim. 

When I tapped "Share Content", the touch panel displayed an error something along the lines of:

unable to share, try restarting your computer

After I restarted my Nuc, everything came back up and I was able to share as expected. 

Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm using a Logitech Roommate to run my main conference room and our company uses both Zoom and Teams meetings. Although my Roommate is running the right App Version and  I have enabled Support Third Party Interoperability with Zoom I'm not seeing the join button. All my calendar integration settings appear to be correct.

Any suggestions?

I have a Zoom Room set up with a windows 10 machine, and am using an iPad as a Zoom Rooms controller. They are both on the same Wi-Fi network, with port 9090 enabled in the router as well as on the Windows 10 machine, but they still aren't able to see each other. Even with them both being on the same network, the Controller says that they have different IP addresses, which from what I have read on another post may be the issue, but I've tried all the fixes. What should I do? 

I preassigned candidates into 7 breakout rooms.  It all worked as it should.  After a breakout room session, candidates were recalled back to the main meeting.  When I opened the breakout rooms again, about half of the candidates became unassigned so I had to manually assign everyone again.  Sometimes the breakout rooms were opened and everyone was assigned a room but about 4 occasions, when I opened the rooms, many had automatically lost their assignated room.  Any ideas why this happened?  Was it Zoom?  Thank you.  Karen.
