Cannot change Virtual backgrounds

Several posts seem to indicate a selection I do not appear to have. Settings >> meetings.. under in meeting advanced there is said to be a selection for Virtual backgrounds? Not on my Windows desktop. Clearly I must be missing something as this seems...
