Zoom Room with BYOD for Crestron

Hi, 

We are using crestron bundle solution (UC-CX100-Z)  which has Zoom Room PC and BYOD feature. 

We have having a challenge in achieving BYOD with USB-C connectivity laptops - please advice on this. 

but we could achieve BYOD through connecting HDMI and USB-A

We previously used an adapter ring attached to an HDMI cable in the past in order to support multiple receiver types for spaces where we had a blend of laptops with different inputs.

Zoom & Crestron just released this feature on Zoom Room version 5.15.0. 😀

  • Support Crestron BYOD screen share on USB-C with HD 260
    This is support for UC-MMX-30-Z, UC-BX-30-Z, UC-BX-31-Z, and UC-CX-100-Z systems with UC-Engine from Dell and Asus.
    Note: Minimum UC-Engine firmware v. 1.13 is required.
