Hi is there a way to change the term "Busy" to 'Occupied" on the Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display ?
When attempting to Share content from a Zoom client, be it laptop or mobile, to a Personal Zoom Room, the action fails and the following error message is shown: This Personal Zoom Room was created within a Zoom Rooms portal and paired via the pairing process at zoom.us/pair. The Zoom client software on both devices is updated to the latest version. The Pro Device setting within the Zoom Rooms settings is turned ON If anyone has seen this issue, please reach out. Otherwise, I will open a ticket.
The Zoom Rooms software is: 5.17.5
The hardware is a Neat Bar NFB1.20

Hello everyone! I am having a problem with the option "Lock Settings" on a Zoom Room. I need to disable the passcode to access System Settings, Reboot and Sign Out options. I already disabled the "Lock Settings" option, but when the system is restarted, the option enables itself back again. Is there a way to completely disable the necessity to use the Room Passcode to access these options?

I would like to suggest a new feature for Zoom Rooms. It would be great to have an option to automatically mute or turn off the audio when someone joins a call from their laptop in the same Zoom Room that is already connected to the call. This feature would prevent feedback noise that often occurs in large rooms, such as boardrooms. Many attendees are not tech-savvy and may need to join the call from their laptop, which often causes feedback noise because they forget to mute their microphone and speaker. Therefore, this feature would be very helpful in avoiding such issues.

I have noticed on multiple occasions one of our signage devices getting hung up when displaying content. The clock still works on the top banner, but I just see a black screen with the spinning wheel not spinning. The device still shows online in the web portal and rebooting seems to fix the issue. Any ideas? I am currently running Zoom Rooms as a Digital Signage Only device on a Mele PGC02.

We are decommissioning our Zoom Rooms, and therefore want to remove the device that we have in our admin portal but I cannot see a way to do this. Can anyone help with this?

Камера Cisco room bar,компьютер на базе процессора core i 7,jоперативная память 32 gb,видеокарта 6 gb,скорость интернета 1 gb/s,утсановлено последнее обновление zoom и microsoft windows.

Hi Team, We have been experiencing an issue with a Zoom Room where the TV screen displays an alert message "Person X is connecting to audio and can't hear you yet" when someone tries to join the meeting from their laptop. Even after the person from their laptop connects to audio, the alert on the screen still appears. The only way to get rid of this message is to leave the meeting from the Zoom controller and then connect again.

Hi, we have loaned a ThinkSmart mini PC with a Zoom Room controller from Lenovo. However it does not come with a trial Zoom Room License. May I know if we could request for a trial Zoom Room License for 30 days?

Hi! We are running a Yealink A20 Meeting bar with an iPad as controller. The controller is using the latest 5.17 Zoom App from the App Store, the bar ist using a very old 5.13.10.2631 app version. The bar is running the latest firmware from YL, identifying as an "Android 10" device in the Zoom device list. There is no update option in the Zoom device list nor in the bars webinterface. As the app is very old, it stopped working and atm we got a quite expensive brick with a camera.... Anyone got any ideas on this?
