Can a Zoom host be running in the background using Fast User Switching on macOS 14?

I would like to host a Zoom as one user on a Mac and put it into the "background" by Fast User Switching to a different user on the same Mac. Will this work reliably or will macOS 14 "pause" or otherwise fuss with the inactive user that hosted the conference?

Yes, I know I could try it but I'm afraid that I would not discover all of the edge cases since I don't really know what Mac does when you switch users without logging out.

Thanks,

Adrian
