Zoom for Home - No calendar/room available

We have some home users running personal zoom rooms. I've authorized their calendars in the Zoom portall.

Having issues with one user: when the user logs into pair the room there is no calendar/room available for them to choose.

 

We're running the latest Zoom rooms application on Windows 11. The controller is an android tablet running the latest zoom rooms controller.

 

I've reauthorized their calendar multiple times. 

 

Any ideas why this user's calendar isn't showing?
